Could not praise it sufficiently. It is demands power, extension and flexibility on the left hand, but it is well within the technical limits of a competent pianist. Many musical treats, polyrhythm, countervoicing, clarity. Godowsky would approve (and perhaps be a bit jealous). Bravo!
You provide to Music what classical music must provide: through variation and study of the possibilities that loom at each moment, provide life to melodies and enriching their inter-connectedness of the “concrete or real” to the “imagined or inspired”. That’s why they say that variation, is the ideal compositional technique.
The smaller the headphones you use to listen to this the better it sounds. Unfortunately on my girthy speakers it sounds not good. I guess it was mixed on and for headphones. I like this arrangement a lot!
Honestly it's not that bad compared to other super virtuosic pieces, e.g. Cziffra's (cursed) transcription of Rimsky-Korsakoff's Flight of the Bumble Bee
this is in my opinion your best "cursing" yet. The piece is completely changed but it remains somewhat true to itself

I swear this guy is liszt casually "cursing" pieces
Never thought one could make the third movement of this sonata look like Busoni's Fantasia Contrappunitistica. Deserves nothing but praise.
3:23 für elise!!
5:36 fantasie impromptu!
i can't tell if any more of the countermelodies are also references
3:35 is derived from the Pathetique Sonata (2nd movement)
@@ValkyRiver ah, i knew it sounded familiar
Ig it has Fantasie impromptu because of that phrase before which had the exact same section in it from the original Sonata 14. Just a thought 🤷♂
@@ValkyRiver 3ème mouvement😊
@@fantomas786 3:35 ça vient de la mesure 5 du 2ème mouvement
I actually swear this version sounds nicer at points than the original. Good job!
Why is there Fur Elise at 3:23 lol
3/23 is my birthday too 😂
Incredible. Wow. This is a masterpeice. Loved how you got a couple of other melodies snuck in there too such as that Fur Elise. Amazing job!
This isnt a movement this is a revolution
if godowsky, beethoven, and liszt had a collab
In a two days long coffee binge😁
Geniues.
💀💀
2:06 That's Erlkönig, right?
Why does the two-part melodies remind me of bach 1:03
goes so hard for no reason what so ever
Funny that despite the Exorcist-like treatment it's still "Quasi" una Fantasia after all 😅

Latent is the word! Counterpoint as “Latent Music”. “Variation Simultaneous”, even.
Besides “Overtones Selected”…
moonlight sonata 3rd written by liszt be like

It was mixed for this thing called FxSound
You're waaay too good. I think you could get more views if you made you videos in a Synthesia format (kinda like Rousseau, just without the hands)
Hyper-jacked
3:27 is it just me or I hear fur elise?
This rocks
Bruh the octave runs
Honestly it's not that bad compared to other super virtuosic pieces, e.g. Cziffra's (cursed) transcription of Rimsky-Korsakoff's Flight of the Bumble Bee
❤Amazing I like it
Last 3 eight notes of bar 99: Rachmaninov prelude in C sharp minor
