Max, you just happened to battle Romance's Charlotte, one of the best around (Goldencen's and ZJZ have great ones too), it was bound to to happen lmao, he's a great guy.
That entire match at 14:18 had me rolling, you should use the gourd attack to repel projectiles more.

Love me some SamSho. I love how they set themselves apart from day one by adding lots of weight and damage to those slashes. 2-3 decisive cuts and its over. Almost as dangerous as an actual battle. The methodical approach to the fight is exquisite to behold. Plus they didn't skip on the blood.

I played against KoFRomance one night. He destroyed me the first couple of times and ended the battle. I matched up with him again and I pushed him to the brink a few matches, but I never ended up winning. Great games.

Quick haumaru question, how do you get a close M slash to hit after grab? I always seem to get far m slash and can't do stuff after that obviously
You walk forward just enough to change the attack to its close version before pressing the button. It's called a microwalk/microdash. Although with Haohmaru you can just use his running medium I believe. I know his DP can be canceled from his running medium. Pretty sure his WFT can as well.
I find that the "Let's go!!!" makes me click the like button instantly like subliminal programming or something. WP, Max.

Either you’re referring to Samurai Shodown IV which *was* the only game that focused on combos, or you’re just talking about a special move that deals multiple hits at once.

Definitely. SamSho V Special is pretty much the Smash Bros. Ultimate of the series, and the game got updated with rollback netcode a while ago.
I'm starting to hate that every fighting game has dlc that should have been in the game. Core characters should never be DLC!
