I've got a Nitro 5....i7.....not intending to upgrade though. It's a great machine and loads of space to upgrade. I love that about Acer. I don't move it around though. It stays in one place and I've hooked up a pair of Creative Pebble speakers to the USB C port.

My speaker low volume means i use a sound bar or headphones, screen brightness is still not very good. Overall its heavy as a portable machine but happy i purchased it. What's the purpose of a 3050Ti!? Seriously if AMD Radeon was popular as AMD Ryzen, then Nvidia wouldn't suck customer's blood like they do with meaningless products like 1650Ti Mobile and 3050Ti Mobile. Seriously both are basically better "versions" of 1650 and 3050, that's it. 1650Ti basically vanished from the market, due to obvious reasons and same will happen with the 3050Ti. Atleast could've give 6GB VRAM to the Ti variant, Nvidia!!! Also milking budget conscious buyers with their outdated 1650 even in 2022.
If you're looking for ultra settings in AAA games, then no but it'll be a good package all around if you're just looking to casually play and don't really worry about the graphics etc. Also, the money you'll save is a bonus

i don't understand why companies keep pushing these so called gaming laptops.. it's like pumping money into a flawed design for gaming. Whatever GPU and cpu they put, there's always going to be heating and holding back of power. better go for a CPU than these heaters. These Mobile processors are very much behind full blown CPU ones performance is miles away.
Don't buy below 3060 if you consider yourself a decent gamer and want to play on mid to high settings for a few years to come. 4gb vram is not enough nowadays.
Guys don't buy acer laptops, they give good specs by comprimising on build materials, I've had a predator helios 300 and it didnt last for more than 3 years. they use some very cheap crunchy plastic , try scratching with your finger. Try comparing the inner build design with HP or Dell and you'll notice a very poor structural design to hold different components. Soon with time these materials fail and the value for money thing seems to fade away.
I will not recommend acer nitro 5 laptops to anyone, they have worst after sales service, I am also using acer nitro 5 laptop bought it in feb 2023 after 10 months the gpu fan started to make noise and i call their customer support they have registered my on 3 dec 2023 case and the technician came to my home for checking of the laptop after checking he said that the gpu fan will be replaced, he told me that it would take a week to change your gpu fan because we have to order it from warehouse. after a week the technician came with the wrong fan their technician does not even know that acer nitro 5 supports 12v fan and the technician was trying to install a 5v fan, till then i am still waiting for my laptop to get repaired. its more than a month now. Acer is not a good brand in India Go for Asus. I will update when my laptops gets fixed.
Don't buy this laptop from Acer store ... They show no cost EMI available even after selecting transaction won't be converted to EMI. Bank says merchant hasn't proceeded the request into EMI they ask additional charges and processing fee make another 15k to convert it to EMI
I've seen many gaming laptops, but even after those many, haven't felt any regret that I have an Omen 15 laptop. Trying to find reasons to find the regret but I just don't find any 😂. Fully satisfied with my device.

@@PremKumar-uz3jr So you'll need a performance device. Victus is good if you are looking for 16 inch. There's Acer Nitro series in 15 inch, and Asus Zephyrus in 14 inch.
The only thing holding this down is the 4gb vram, shame on NVIDIA for not giving 6gb on the ti version
