You have to keep it for 45 minutes at room temperature. These are the steps you must follow :
Take the jelly mix in a bowl add the premix (the white small pouch)
Give a mix
Now boil 500 ml water after it boils well take out from stove
Cool for just 1 minute
Now add this boiled water to the jelly mix
Keep it for 45 minutes at room temperature
It will set after 45 minutes
If you followed these steps correctly then your jelly will set 100%

I have made several times but never faced any issue if you followed all steps correctly then it sets 100 % . Jelly sets at room temperature in 45 minutes maybe you can refrigerate it

It’s difficult because the jelly crystals is there inside plus a small pouch of premix is also there otherwise the whole pack is 90 gms which comes to 6 tbsp & water required is 500 ml which is 2 cups of 250 ml each
