Just had fish broth n' beef strips 'Thai udon noodle soup ' today it was amazing loved it. It's so comforting and yet healthy. I'm gonna do ur recipe tomorrow Quang. Thx for ur time

Quang, may I ask why you buy the package of ingredients rather than bulk? I would assume with you cooking so much it would be more cost effective to just have a bunch. Do you same more buying them like that; are the standard amounts in each package easier to divide to create more consistent recipes? Love you man! Great food.

Chow Mein, fried rice dry breaded pork, and chicken ball is what I'm going to eat right now. Quang can you create a couple different combos, one you would like and other for the girlfriend kinda sorta western style.
If qt has citizenship in Vietnam too who knows when he comes back. But Vietnamese visas are issued for 30 or 60 days then he has to bounce. This is off the top of my head though my twist my take on Vietnamese immigration laws.

Corn starch is used to keep the juice in. Which makes it more tender. Garlic chives is what we call it in English
