Bonito Seasoning
2 Onions
1 Bunch Green Onion
1 Stick Ginger
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Salt
Cooking For About 3 Hours.
*Char Siu Meat
Pork Shoulder
1/2 Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Garlic
1 Tbsp Oil
1/2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
1 Tsp White Pepper
1 Tsp Black pepper
1/2 Tbsp Ginger Powder
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Chinese Five Spice
*Ramen Noodles:
300Ml Warm Water
1 Tbsp Bake Baking Soda
3 Cups Flour

Its short compared to actual Japanese broths that can take up to anywhere between 12 tp 24 hours.

All I add is you're not supposed to fill the instant pot to the brim like that....Save your new cabinets and fingers from hot spewing liquids everywhere and trying to pour full pot of broth in the future... And it's a pressure cooker.. We make bone broth in An hour in there, don't think you need 5 6 hours still unless that broth normally needs a week to simmer lol
