You are perpetuating the notion the false notion that the carnivore diet is more expensive the people use it as an excuse not to go on the carnivore diet. But if you stop buying all the other garbage that you buy you're just left with paying for the meat you can get top quality meat for the same amount that you were spending when you had included all the other stuff like chips and cookies and cereals and canned goods in fruits and vegetables. It's amazing how much you actually spend on the carnivore diet when you eliminate everything else.

The cost of steak up front and in the long-term ends up cheaper than paying co-pays, medical bills, constant trips to the pharmacy, skin creams and lotions to deal with [insert inflammatory skin condition], depression and anxiety, sleep aids, anti-dandruff crap, and having to buy a wide array of groceries that are just going to go bad anyway...
I have friends who ask what "products I use" keep my skin so clear. I tell them I eat meat and drink lots of water. They smirk, knowingly embarrassed because they don't want to control their diet and were hoping I could point them to a miracle skincare product. They ask how come I'm not catching the flu, or covid, or pneumonia this season like everyone else. I tell them it's because I have tons of collagen peptides in my system from my diet. Again, they frown. They ask how I keep my blood pressure low, and I explain how red meat, getting good sleep, exercise, and avoiding flouride as much as possible helps the function of Nitric Oxide release in my blood vessels to control blood pressure. All for less than taking blood pressure medication.
And so on and so on...
People would rather waste hundreds of dollars a month on products and medication instead of exercising a little discipline to always feel better.

@@chris5942I went carnivore as a joke in opposed to plant based to lose weight and improve my overall health. I found out that carnivore works out for me all the time. Although, I did cheated with low carb fruits or vanilla ice cream just to engage with others socially.

@@Allixar I have only been doing carnivore for three weeks now. Any time I try to work in carbs such as street taco shells, it causes me more angst over blood sugar than it was worth. I recently started carnivore and find it quite liberating to just pull a steak out of the fridge, pop it in the pan for a few minutes and then add salt and eat. No fussing around, although the kitchen does get a bit smoky as I like the steak seared on the outside and rare in the middle. I discovered a mobile butcher on the way to my mum’s house and am getting rump and ribeye at mouth-wateringly good prices.

YES, my local SAFEWAY stores have a discount section for various meat products and have 30% off coupons attached. They used to be 50% off but ya know. This is a great way to stock up and freeze for later dates. KROGER has really good rotating meat specials so read the ads and take advantage and stock up when your budget allows. For instance this week you can get chicken breasts for .97 cents a lb, 80% ground for $2.99 a lb, and pork ribs for $1.97 a lb. I invested in a chest freezer just for this purpose

Tbh grass fed is just a thing about taste and animal quality of life. If you have the bucks and like the slightly different taste, go for it. If not, no worries, nutritionally the difference between a grain fed steak and a grass fed one is so little, its within margin of error.

I found some beautiful pork chops and a 2 lb tray of ground beef at the store and my first all carnivore meal of steak and eggs was great tasting and filling, and like yours was far less than $3. If possible, I'd like to know what air fryer you're using. To me that looks like a very good way to cook may of my meals, besides my Instant Pot. Thank you for sharing!

I eat the same as I always have! The only difference is I just eliminated the grains, fruit, and vegetables and increased fats and proteins! It's cheaper because of eliminating these but also because I'm only eating 1 meal and not 2 or 3 a day with snacks or dessert! Never did understand the people who go off about how expensive it is!

    We're basically carnivore/Ketovore diet.
We RARELY ever buy ground beef due to its cost, maybe twice a year sales @$1.29/lb.
Same deal for chickens. Pork on the other hand, seem to go on sale more often in our area.
We buy "restaurant style" bacon from Sam's club, separate them and freeze them.

This morning, I cooked 3 pounds of chicken wings in the air fryer. I made 6 eggs. Cost was under $10.

great ideas if you find these items on sale for that price, if not it will be way more expensive and maybe over the budget if you have a big family to feed

I’m pretty late to this but I have found eating crappy foods like Mac-&-cheese I was actually spending MORE because I was never full and ate way more than when I eat a carnivore meal. Most times I struggle to get enough calories and protein because it’s so filling, and I can go to almost 36 hours between meals because I am just NOT HUNGRY. Just some food for thought 😂

Does your Redmond salt have the brown bits in that looks like small rocks?

Would you do a video on feeding 5 adults. I always have trouble being Carnivore because 4 adults want options
Making a grocery list is so hard for me. So I would love any ideas

Hey, thank you so much for this. Ya know what makes it so fabulous as it’s so quick and simple. so many people out there make a cooking video so much longer than it needs to be zzzz. You just simplify this for those of us who just want instructions to be quick to the point. Very much appreciate that and will get some of your other videos. I was also happy to see you use an air fryer, which I don’t know how to use . But I am interested in.. do they create a lot of smoke out of an apartment in my smoke detector goes off very easily. I actually have a fan on a tall bookshelf underneath my smoke detector.. I also just ordered a food dehydrator. I want to learn how to use it.. I want to make beef jerky so I can have some meat in a bag that’s not gonna go bad for snacks. if I don’t have a healthy snack, going to eat a bagel or something else that’s around the hospital I would like a donut. 😮. But I got a lot of help and ideas here with this video.

I find that my air fryer sets off the smoke alarm maybe 1 of 20 times. Making sure to get all the grease cleaned up between meals cuts down on smoke a lot

I’ve just started carnivore (2 days now). The only thing I can’t eat are eggs. The smell makes me gag and they taste awful to me. But I have in the fridge skin-on chicken thigh cutlets, T-bone steak, salami sticks, triple fat Brie, tons of butter, and full fat thickened cream.
Whenever need a snack, I get the salami sticks and wrap thinly sliced Brie around them. I only manage to eat a couple before I’m completely full

Bacon is so much cheaper at Costco. No Sugar 4 packs $11 60 eggs no hormones no antibiotics $12 Ground beef on Tuesdays at the Fresh Market $ 2.99-pound ground fresh.Chops at Costco. Great budgeting I like that shredded pork.

Carnivore diet is by far the most economical and nutrient dense. We have roasts and ground beef regularly under $4 lb.

Every few weeks our local supermarket has a whole pork butt in cryo on sale for .99 a pound. It has one smallish bone and weighs about 12 pounds. I eat so well off one of those, I even bought a smoker and make "butt bacon".

In addition, you don't eat as often as you do on a regular diet. I spend far less than I was spending eating the SAD diet, Vegan and Vegetarian. I get a 20.00 ribeye once a week and eat ground beef, flank, chicken wings, eggs and some pork belly to round out the month.

This might be a strange question. I hold my knifes the same way when cutting, index finger over the back of the blade. Do you find that you get small papercut size cuts on the tip of your finger as I do?
Thank you for letting people know you don't need to eat grass-finished beef to gain the benefits of eating meat based.
