I ordered the block rebuild kit but there are no instructions on what goes after the brass nozzle inside. What goes in after the nozzle? and what is the black thick o-ring for? ARGH!!!
It isn't true that the PSI doesn't matter, if you use it with PSI over 400 all the time that is what makes the inner parts wear out faster and then it doesn't work. People then blame the valve being cheap, and that is not true.

Ball can only get hung in spring if you put the spring in backwards.
My ball bearings get stacked inside the Hydroforce body. Is there any way I can get it out ?
There is no 1:1 ration, no metering tip = 4:1 ratio
