I’m about to start a carpet cleaning business and I’ll certainly be using your instructions in moving forward, thank you for the videos you have posted.
Thanks Rob for a very informative video. I like to think of prespraying as "painting" the carpet. So if you imagine you are painting, you wouldn't go too close, or too far to get a nice even coat. And always move in a forward direction so that hoses are not getting in the way.
I'm taking it this tool is only for cleaners with a separate pumping water tank right? Otherwise you'd be constantly sucking out detergent/rinse from the solution tank and switching it with water every 15 mins so you don't mix the detergent/rinse with the pre-spray solution or risk the pre-spray drying up on the area you sprayed before you've even filled the machine up with detergent/rinse.
It was designed for truckmounts but works with portables also. However on a truckmount you can turn off your rinse but with a portable you can't. The problem is you want alkaline rinse and not acid as acid will lower your pH and effectiveness of your prespray.
What about your electric sprayer you were showing 4 years ago, is that now obsolete? I like the versatility of the electric sprayer you showed off because A: didn’t have to manually pump, B: don’t have to run a solution line from the truck to you and C: it has a squeeze throttle control on how much solution is released onto the floor.
Just getting back into the carpet cleaning industry after a few years away. Your videos are gold and have really given me lots of points to address that I never paid much attention to in the past! Do you have an Australian distributor of your products? Cheers.

Expert Carpet Care thanks for the extra tips. 🔥
Love that.
Thank you for the great info Rob!
Thanks. I've seen so many cleaners over the last decade since we started TMF have issues with the use and math I was hoping I could help.
That Grout master commercial in the middle was hilarious. Please keep making more of those 😅😅. Also make a sure that says. "mmm grout master."
Awesome. We were hoping cleaners would like it!
Thanks for this I just got a hydroforce
Cool. Anything I can do to help let me know.
Any advice for portable guys running less than 400 psi but still wanting to use and inline sprayer?
Do each of your techs maintain the equipment on their truck or do you have one person that does it company wide when needed?

so i have to keep runing to the truck to adjust the temp then run back out there to tun it back up the wait 5 mins for water to get back hot?
Tried to order a dema block on your website nothing pops up under search engine
It's listed as an inline sprayer block...shop.truckmountforums.com/products/inline-sprayer-block-and-hose
Why do you prefer 4-1 vs 8-1? I prefer not to refill as often.
Because every home is unique so I can mix accordingly. Plus cleaners mixes easier and better. Lastly, no leftover wasted products.
I'm definitely going to test my sprayer, I cleaned my and it was super dirty nots it clean then I will text it and will need new spray tip.
Yank that metering valve out of there no restrictor plate on my sprayer! Lol jk

I tried to remove my meter to get a 4:1 ratio and the meter broke off.I can’t get the rest out of the metal shaft @TruckMountForums
Gently use an ezy out but I've never heard of one breaking.
