As a "field engineer" with 40 years experience and a bunch of college physics and mathematics under my belt [back in the day when my belt was "less extensive"]... this guy is an artist. This guy has physics applications down to an art form. It's a shame that our culture values utterly useless university degrees more than this guy's obvious valuable and productive skill. How many "carbon credits" should he be awarded for saving this banana from the junk yard? Many. But no... that's my "Wrong Think". Better to subsidize and payoff useless college loans for a bunch of useful idiots than to subsidize technical training for future physics genius' like this guy. Just bought a pointer from the "Bendin" Etsy shop for our training white board / video screen at work. Love it.
They get it done in those dirt floor dingy holes with weird wiring hanging off equipment & child labor & larger unhappy looking Abduls in dirty dresses with sweat showing on the ass cracks
I fix frames at my job. We have the heavy duty trucker frame machine. I see you also use a Bee Line rack. Could you do a video on what you like or dislike about each one? And which one is better for specific jobs? We have a big issue with ours and just curious what your thoughts are. Thanks
My best car ever was an Isuzu. I was fortunate and bought one of the last Vehicross's Isuzu made in 2001. That thing was built solid...great engine, 3.5L v6, gas coil over shocks, and a big warner transmission. I messed up and traded it on at 200,000 miles. It was still driving good. Supposedly the next owner drove it to over 450,000 miles before it needed some tLc. I changed the oil every 3,000 miles in that car. Makes a difference.
That's pure craftsmanship right there ! It takes knowledge and experience and hands on to get as good as you are at working bent frames or banna as you referred to it ! Very professional job on the Isuzu ! 👍👍
Just an absolute master at work 👏🏻 some people don’t realize how easily you could completely total a truck yanking on it. Actually, I’m not so sure there’s anything you couldn’t fix at this point
15 minutes ago I was watching a guy pour concrete in the USA, 40 minutes ago it was a guy cutting timber in the UK, and before that it was a guy doing off-road recovery in the USA. Now I'm watching you straighten a truck chassis. Hmmmm, I'm not even a mechanic, but this looks so cool :)
Lots of respect from a 35 plus year veteran in the autobody field. Cut my teeth on an in floor frame system in 1988... My body is telling me about it these days.
well at least with those skills on the truss, rack and bending jig, you know that if the mechanic thing falls through they will give you a job at horny helgas house of pain.....
I did this work in the early 80s.. I've had my share of catastrophies. I had to re arch a 100 ton lowboy deck and wrinkled both beams. They were too stretched and had to be cut, welded and fish plated. Ya it hurt. The estimator was horrible and shorted the job. The customer was cool about it and paid a little more and gave me $50 tip.
Arm wrestle this guy..... I made the mistake as a young buck, learning about old man strength....... gym membership for what?????.. Cock strong..... look it up
Hahahahahahahaha, takin a banana....making a working zoo-zol. Nice job. I love your sense of humor, mixed with serious tones looming forward to the next one. Have a great weekend.
As much grief as people give Pakistani truck, those guys know how to make things work and make due with what they have, something that most Americans have forgotten or too lazy to do. We're a "throw away" society now days. Always wondered how the best way to get those "buckles" out, thank you very much for sharing this. Great video as always, cheers :)
I really hope they don't do like The Adept Ape channel and say you can't film at work. He quit the place so he could still do videos. More of a mobile mechanic now
I love when I come across a channel that is not only informative and interesting to watch, but the commentary is funny as hell. Favorite so far, "If I was pushing and it broke lose, I'd go down quicker than your daddy did on your uncle after he got out of prison." 😂
Bach when I worked building garbage trucks, frames would get distorted by just being parked on uneven ground for too long. I wonder how those straightened chassis reacts with time, heat and load cycles... Do they want to bend back a bit?
You know I’ve lengthened frames shortened them and made 10 wheelers into 6 wheelers and damn I never got into straightening frames it’s too much damn work good job. Oh don’t sell them bob the pointers your just fueling the keyboard Rambo’s to point crap out. lol.
Wild idea. Patreon members provide you with plane tickets and a POC for one of those Pakistani repair BAZARs we see on the tube… you know the one with lathes and sandals, brazing cast iron engine blocks, welding broken axles. And see if you learn or teach lol
Accessories. They're pretty modular and made to be ordered by companies that configure them as needed. The holes are properly drilled and reamed or punched by the factory before the rail gets a heat treat. And because of the way that I beams work, the center doesn't take the strain that the outer flange does.

thinking that myself.
Totally agree with you Sir but didn't you mean "useless idiots" instead?
Dr.Bendon 18 wheeler chiropractor ❤ this channel is amazing. Please longer videos🙏
The master at repairing what those of us that drive for a living bend into pretzels.
I've learned through this channel that while you can bend anything, you should not bend everything.
Man… this is a ton of hard work and back n forth
Thats some badass skill there and hard work too !!!
You know if you hit the rails with a hammer when they are loaded they will move more easily
Awesome
As a retired auto technician i really enjoy watching a master of his craft at work, love these longer videos.
I second that
Where's your Pakistani ppe (bath robe and flip-flops)?
The Pakistani's called osha and complained your stealing there work

And drilling holes from the 220V outlet outside in the pooring Rain...
I love the shout-out to the "Pakistani ingenuity" Those dudes in their videos make functional things out of straight-up junk!
They get it done in those dirt floor dingy holes with weird wiring hanging off equipment & child labor & larger unhappy looking Abduls in dirty dresses with sweat showing on the ass cracks
Never seen a truck chiropractor before. Pretty cool!

That's pure craftsmanship right there ! It takes knowledge and experience and hands on to get as good as you are at working bent frames or banna as you referred to it ! Very professional job on the Isuzu ! 👍👍
"Pakistani Ingenuity" 😂😂😂
Like it never happened 👍💪
You Sir, are The Wizard Of The Warped.
I love watching this stuff!
God bless you dude you're amazing but the subtitles drive me nuts 😂
Agreed. It seems like it would be fine for short stuff but is brutal in this format
Just an absolute master at work 👏🏻 some people don’t realize how easily you could completely total a truck yanking on it. Actually, I’m not so sure there’s anything you couldn’t fix at this point

@MMattesVictory Outdoor Services

That bob the pointer finger ad is hilarious. 😂 I need one. If you ever need to hire a shop helper im your guy
Excellent job Sir. Very good explanations. Nice job just eye balling so close. Love the Bob commercial. Stay safe and healthy.
Thank you for doing a long form on this one
It's like watching a wizard work dark magic. Awesome!
Been a frame guy in a body shop for over 30 years it cool to see how its done on the bigger trucks
Whoever is doing the on screen translation should be fired.

Cut my teeth on an in floor frame system in 1988...
My body is telling me about it these days.
You gotta go past a bit; the trick is to know how far past, before it gets too far....nah, haven't done that..... much.... recently 😂
I didnt even know repairs like this were possible, this is amazing.
Living in a throw away world and seeing things still get fixed gives me hope
well at least with those skills on the truss, rack and bending jig, you know that if the mechanic thing falls through they will give you a job at horny helgas house of pain.....
Love the long vids and man you are gooooooood
I'm to old now but I would have to come work with you as a helper for a day. Love these videos. Thank you. Tell Bob I said Yo.
get bent! 🤣

PULL HARD - COME EASY !
Can you show more about how the gauges work? How do you know where to hang them?
Love your long videos, you are a master and have an awesome sense of humor, I love the sound effects when Bob points...lol
In thd UK that would be written off, total loss. no one here could repair that for a reasonable price,
I used to sub to Robbie Layton and was always surprised at the damage they would repair that would've been a written off car here.
Allisterc1. . northern Ireland would glance & that frame & it would pop back in fright , serious hard core repair
Now it is a Isuzu crooked cab
Curious what a job like that costs. That hydraulic chain frame straightener thingy is killer!
Ya know your eggs Bend 😅 Great job 👏
Best line ever bro...
" Gotta play it out before u put it in" 😂😂😂😂😂
And that's why you make the big bucks
Arm wrestle this guy..... I made the mistake as a young buck, learning about old man strength....... gym membership for what?????..
Cock strong..... look it up
I worked the railroad in 79 & a lot of times seeing a rail with a hump or dip u needed to see this in order to correct it u have this eye also .
You, sir, are not just a master of your craft; you're a friggin magician 😅
If Bob says that that the Nuts need to be out, so be it ! Love watching your videos. That's craftsmanship right there!
Anyone else thinks he looks like an older Casey Rocket?
Thanks for the show Devin 🍻 🇦🇺
Hahahahahahahaha, takin a banana....making a working zoo-zol. Nice job. I love your sense of humor, mixed with serious tones looming forward to the next one. Have a great weekend.
I wish I had the cash those chains are worth. That's a lot of chains.
I like the old frame machine better❤
It was cool meeting you today. Martin Creek is one of my favorite places to go fishing and camping.
When a man is really good at his job, he makes it look easy.
If I had the chance to do fun stuff like this instead of constant services, tires, and lights I would probably still be wrenching.
So you watch Packistani Truck....that's a big reveal 😁.
I never knew this profession existed until i came across this channel. I always figured any rolled truck is "totaled" 😏👉this job is too freakin cool

Banana? That frame has Peroni’s Disease!
always impressed with your repairs mate.awesome work.🏁🏁
Helping to keep the world on the straight and narrow. 👆👉👈👇👍
You should do a give away where the winner gets to come watch you work your magic. And maybe point at stuff with Bob.
let the MASTER work , thanks for letting use witness, God Bless America
So glad I bought a hino over cab instead, hino has more torsional stiffness, endless videos of izuzu overcast frame rails bending
Just be careful bro what you're doing there is really dangerous and can hurt or take your life.. keep up the good work bro...😊
Thanks for the show Devin 🍻
Like watching Bob Ross work a frame.
Let's Go Bendon! 👏 👏 👏 👏
You must have a lot of patience. Good work
Bach when I worked building garbage trucks, frames would get distorted by just being parked on uneven ground for too long. I wonder how those straightened chassis reacts with time, heat and load cycles... Do they want to bend back a bit?
Johannés Sébastien ¿¿¿¿
You know I’ve lengthened frames shortened them and made 10 wheelers into 6 wheelers and damn I never got into straightening frames it’s too much damn work good job. Oh don’t sell them bob the pointers your just fueling the keyboard Rambo’s to point crap out. lol.
Do you always replace cross members or do you reuse when they can be straightened??
That's nothing compared to my 97 crown vic
Pulling those chains and towers can wear you out. I’ve done it
Excellent work! Do you know of anyone in the Indianapolis area that straightens frames?
These Isuzu trucks in 4x4 trim are amazing vehicles. Diff-locked, low ranged.... Mental...
All you need to do now, get ride of the boots….and get some of them safety sandals. Good job and thanks for taking us along.
Have never worked on trucks but I always find your videos very interesting and informative. Thanks so much for sharing. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Let's go bending, Brendon
That frame looks awful thin to me
Frames need to flex, it's part of their design.
Not a fan of the subtitles on the screen, but one again a job well done 👌
cool. oh yea dont let bob give you the "finger".lol
This is the Pakistani truck repair boys wet dream.
Why did these people swiss cheese the framerail so bad?
Accessories. They're pretty modular and made to be ordered by companies that configure them as needed. The holes are properly drilled and reamed or punched by the factory before the rail gets a heat treat.

Nice job of straightening that mess
@Bendin, do you ever get scared that the chains might snap?
Great workmanship, craftsmanship or whatever you want to call it.
😂😂😂I see our man Bendon knows the Pakistani Truck Channel too!!
It could stock race in reverse.
I give this 10 Pakistani Sandals and a loaf of olive bread.
😂😂😂 he said Pakistani ingenuity,...1130 at night here I am rolling in bed
He learned the technique from pakistanis in a video.
Very cool very cool.
I like everything about your videos.
Cool.
Need this for my back lol
