You clearly have a wonderful relationship with not only the park but those who help to maintain its beauty...so I wonder...do they ever give you any stick about wild camping? I assume they must but must also respect the work that you do to promote the park.
Really well put together docu-film, like watching an episode of country file, I forget that this is all put together by you (no production team, no soundman, no grips)

No one loves and cherishes the peaks and countryside more than me..I'm partially disabled and incapacitated so can't walk hardly anymore than a few yards..id love to camp in my van but can't afford the campsites as they are very overpriced. .no where to camp off sites.. :( i too know about countryside management, ,id be there most days and nights if i wasn't so ill. .😢

i spend a bit of time up around the lady bower derwent edge and bamford edge ,taking pictures and filming the scenery, my question is why cant the national trust give a definative answer on drone filming ! there is nobody more cautious and concientious when it comes to wildlife and impacting on their habbitat !the potential to promote the area through drone filming is immense yet you feel it nesasary to blanket ban all hobbiest pilots from flying ! obviously you think we are all people who fly uav into airoplanes. i fly early on a morning before most people are even out of bed to capture the light and to ensure good clearance with people around me ! you say there are bylaws and gdpr issue that govern flights over national trust land yet above 50 mentres it becomes the jurisdiction of the CAA and there is no chance at 50 metres can you tell the face of anyone on a piece of film ! they say you cant fly unless you get the landowners permission yet nobody knows who the landowners are to get permissions to take off and land. As rangers i would love to hear your views on this matter ! feel free to coment back and finally want to say that the rangers do a great job keeping the peak district in a great condition keep up the good work.
