Hey Mike I think Disney is gun shy considering what happened with The Acolyte is the reason they have not really advertised anything about Skeleton Crew, I think they are afraid of getting butchered like the last time. Personally I think that's bad for the show in the long run, look what happened yo John Carter, which I really enjoyed but had almost no advertisement and sort of died on the vine.

I think you are probably a little right because the hate for the Acolyte was already there before the show even started so with Skeleton Crew they definitely don't want that to happen!
