I love your hitt workouts! I always feel energized after hitt workouts but have been more focused on weighted workouts because of my age. So I’m always excited when I get to do hitt workout. Thank you 😊
This was my favorite HIIT of the program so far. I liked all the new moves (or moves that we don't usually do) - and really enjoyed the variety. It also felt well-rounded in terms of the muscle groups it was hitting. The last couple HIIT's felt very leg-intensive and it was hard to keep pace just because my legs were dying! But this one I was able to keep up better and no one muscle group felt overworked. Got a really good sweat and really good cardio workout. Loved it! Thank you so much!

Haven't done cardio in so long, I had to pause several times to catch my breath. Also I haven't felt foot pain in a week, so I risked all the jumps 🤞🏽 hopefully it doesn't hurt again. Thank you Heather for all the free workouts 🙏🏽🔥

WOW 🤩- a very fast paced, sweaty but rewarding workout. Because of deep tissue restrictive burn scars, some movements- like crab dance/walk are just about impossible for me. Was feeling exhausted from yesterday, just from the daily grind alone, and barely recovering...but you're right after doing this HIIT WO I feel nice and sweaty. I can give myself a pat on the back because my goal was accomplished physically. Half way done with this week..whew! :)

This workout was so difficult I could not complete it the first time. I had to stop and redo the whole thing on a second day which I finished yay!
