hello. you have the software to see what the issues is and to read the issues. but you eed the hardware to reset the ac system so the compressor will take in the freon. if you dont reset the fault codes, the system wont kick on and the compressor wont vaccuum in the freon. the request can be at any percentage but if the codes arent cleared it wont work at all.... good luck.
