I will buy one e63s soon and i would be happy if the car was as loud as the c63s or even louder. I dont know if there are some Tricks to turn the Sound up

Bmw CARS vs mercedes CARS, mercedes wins however if you want to include bmw mini rolls royce, bmw motorrad etc then obviously the bmw would win as it has 3 types of main brands and mercedes only has 2. That being said even when bmw had 1 extra brand name it barely beat mercedes in numbers. Mercedes is the winner in terms of cars.

Depends , I probably could have stretched my budget to the E but it's just too big and heavy. the C hits the weight and size and price sweet spot better. The C also really really struggles with rear wheel traction all the time which is Tons of fun all the time. it can't hold a candle to the E if you want performance though. the E is a few leagues ahead performance wise. the C I think is more satisfying because of just how you're always close to the limits of grip and for daily driving , that counts for more than speed etc and probably won't lose your licence. the E has better tech and is more luxurious too. Overall the E blows the C out of the water but the C has that hot rod character. Depends on what boxes you want to tick. if I was loaded I'd have got the E in a heartbeat but since I'm not , the C has the best of all characteristics . did you get yourself an E?
@@a.3160 with great difficulty ! it is not sensible spending this sort of money on something that will depreciate like crazy but I've put this car down as being a mid life crisis impulse buy. I got quite a hefty discount on it (almost 18 percent from memory ) so it makes the depreciation slightly less eye wateringly painful. a much better idea would have been getting a W204.

Brother, I need you to tell me one thing with all honesty. Is the ride harsh? I hear AMG are super firm, having never owned one before. I'm from Canada with crappy roads and drive a C7 corvette, it has run flats and 35 profile front 30 profile rear. I think I've had about enough of the jarring and wonder if I stepped up to this bad boy if I'd have a similar experience to a slightly lesser degree. Does it have run flats as well, what size profile? Would you call it comfortable on crappy roads? Thanks for your feedback.
The e and c in comfort mode are quite smooth actually. I have the cla45 and that is one harsh ride. In comparison the c and e Amg's are really comfortable.
I cannot get enough of that... music coming out of those squarish end-pipes. It just teaches you what a V8 engine should sound like. For 20 minutes, I almost forgot it was a down-sized turbo engine.
They probably made the C63 more guttural because of both cars' last generations. The old C63 had a much raspier and noticeable tone (much more showy), whereas the E63 was more of a tamed beast with a sound that was more buttery.
Great car, congrats! Nice video as well. I like the way you did the sound comparison. That's the way to do it when you compare the exhaust sound. You have to hear it back to back and on the road instead of just revs. These aftermarket exhaust companies need to watch your video and make their videos like this! Good job!
I'm personally not a fan of dark colours, but I have to admit that the Night Package as specced on your car makes the car look so stealth and so mean. Very cool car. I also have to say the E63S sounds quite different to its siblings that use that 4.0-Litre Biturbo V8 (i.e. C63/C63S/GT/GTS/GTC/GTR/GLC63). The siblings all have that distinct deep rumble even at idle, whereas the E63S sounds more smoother, more like the S65/SL65 AMG Biturbo V12. Not that it's a bad sound, no. It's just.....different. I got the chance to listen to the E63S in person at Marshall Mercedes-Benz of Bolton, and I'm conflicted as to whether it sounds better than its siblings or not. But nonetheless, the E63S is still a logical upgrade from the C63S, obviously. Bigger. More comfortable. Better equipped. Better interior. More powerful. Faster. All the boxes ticked.

Awesomely done and thanks for putting in the hard work and sharing it with everyone. One thing you could cover in the future is a camera pointing at the exhaust, just a thought . So would you say both sound nice and loud. Would you agree that the c63 seemed to have a bit more bass to it ? And it doesn't quite down as much as the e63 exhaust while cruising .

Having just been in one fully speced S model, I can confirm this is the best car I've ever been in!!!! the change from each mode is amazing and you can feel the change instantly!
I am wondering if part of the difference in the sound is due to the cabin size. The "C" has a larger cabin and the sound perhaps reverberates around more. Both very entertaining. Love the interior of the "E".

Lovin this video!! Just one remark regarding the exhaust sound. Every exhaust needs around 2,000 to 3,000 miles at least to really develop the sound, basically it needs to be run-in as well... The inner linings of the exhaust are being coated wit carbon (indeed the black stuff), which will change the sound. So if it's sounding great already at 1st start-up (which it does), wait until you have put some miles on.... it will get better and better...
What an absolutely epic car. You sir are a very lucky man. I like how we're both super anal about our cars. I also have a detail brush and microfibre clothes in my boot as well as hand wipes. My shed is mainly full of car cleaning products! You should get it protected with PPF like I did my car. No more worries about stones chips. Great video 👍

Good question! The Wagon is our show car for our car design studio: Rok.Studio, to showcase what we can do. So it serves two purposes! Also, the Coupé was rare so was easier to sell quicker.

Help me figure this out Mr.AMG. Debating between an E63s sedan, or a GLC 63s coupe. Both 2020. Which one should I get? Looking for the more nimble/better performance out of the two. Love both designs, really comes down to which one is the better choice performance wise. I like the fact that the E63s is a car. My first choice no questions asked would be a c63s if it had 4matic plus. But we don’t live in that world. Figured these two options would be the closest second to that. I live in Colorado so it’s imperative that the car has all wheel drive. So really my question is, is the E63’s handling compromised because of its length/weight? And would the GLC handle better despite it being an SUV with 100 less hp? Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Both are stunning cars but the C clearly sounds better/louder.
That's because we had to limit the E to under 4500 revs, and the car's valves only really open beyond this stage unlike the C!

Help me figure this out Mr.AMG. Debating between an E63s sedan, or a GLC 63s coupe. Both 2020. Which one should I get? Looking for the more nimble/better performance out of the two. Love both designs, really comes down to which one is the better choice performance wise. I like the fact that the E63s is a car. My first choice no questions asked would be a c63s if it had 4matic plus. But we don’t live in that world. Figured these two options would be the closest second to that. I live in Colorado so it’s imperative that the car has all wheel drive. So really my question is, is the E63’s handling compromised because of its length/weight? And would the GLC handle better despite it being an SUV with 100 less hp? Thanks for taking the time to read this.
