- The NEW C63S Coupe! In the present day, C63 is a name that linked firmly to big sound, burnt rubber, and a healthy dose of fear. But seldom we forget, not long ago it was an underdog released upon a world dominated by BMW’s M3. An unknown quantity from the left field that benefited from AMG’s then new, now legendary 6.2 litre natural power unit, squeezed into their smallest saloon car. And thus, the Axe murderer with headlights was born. Culminating in the Black Series, the w204 is a modern legend and remains the “best” C63 in the minds of most petrol heads….
It’s time to think again.

We start in Germany, on the Bilster Berg Race track! Possibly track designer Hermann Tilke's finest work, it is often referred to as a mini Nurburgring, and for good reason. It’s got 19 corners and 44 dips and crests, and Its here to challenge the auto mobile!
A challenge for most perhaps, but this new C63, it’s a walk in the park.
We have never reviewed the facelift on RBR, but on instagram I often referred to it as the quintessential AMG: so let’s head to the race track, and explore the New car!

your review was brilliant, really enjoyed, really detailed, gave you a real feeling for the car, your boyish astonishment whilst revving the engine and look on your face was exactly how most of us watching this video would feel and react like if we had this beast.
This car is pure joy. I had the chance to drive it around for about 5 months a couple of years ago and I am in love with it still. The restyling on it is just perfection, orgazmic sound.

I owned a w204 c63 I sold it and was looking for it’s replacement then after watching this video I went out and got a C63s premium plus 2019 with 16k miles 1 owner and after 2 weeks of owning it has not disappointed great video and great review 👌

This by far is the best review of the face lifted C63 S. I have one on order but didn't know that the dynamic select buttons on the steering wheel (13:54) were standard on US spec cars.

@@TB-pu9qm hey :) driving this car for almost 2 years now. January 2019... It was this big day for me. I waited there and they drove in my car. Wow, it was a stunning moment. I couldn't believe that car was actually mine. I had a 4 hours driveway back home. I had such an awesome time in those 4 hours, but I wasn't allowed to drive it faster than 130Km/h and I had to make the car not rev higher than 4000 rpm. But the sound, the feeling of the car.... stunning. It's still not boring, but I've got a few problems. My trunk does not close properly via button anymore. And a few months ago, the car just completely went down and wasn't able to drive faster than 5km/h. And a few times other electric problems. But overall it is a stunning car. Women love it, on the streets the car gets very high attention. Speed and accleration is awesome, even tho Id would like the Launch control to be better, because my tires always spinning out. The sound in S+ is awesome. Sometimes there are crackles and explosion which sound like an AK47 shot. People on the streets sometimes hate me for doing this lol. Overall a very special and awesome car. Always been my dream car. Still cant believe I made my dream come true
