You have to do it with after market wheels. It does not work with the wheels the car comes with.

Unfortunately you can only do this on pc, but I can recommend an inexpensive route to finding you a gaming pc and get you started on modding fam!

I didn't fam. If it's flipping over for you, it's gonna be the hamdling on vehicle itself. You need a Tahoe that won't flip?
