I found this pack www.gta5-mods.com/paintjobs/drag-racing-tyre-texture but im not sure how to add drag tires/wheels to any car.

Oh ok I got you. Well to be honest it’s much cheaper to build your own but if you’re trying to replace parts inside of a gaming pc it’s cheap. I’ve spent about $500

You have to adjust the sizing and just drive a little bit to make sure your tires are not shaking.
