Go to where frank has on no shirt first. Then press A. That brings up the tatts, then venture on into different shirts and shirt overlays, it sounds like you have it installed correctly

Make sure edit mode is on and also make sure gtav is not running in the background

If you have simple trainer, it's MODEL SPAWNING > CLOTHES MENU > SHIRT OVERLAY. I believe it's numbers 12, 13, or 14

Unfortunately mods are only for PC. But trust me big bro. Get a PC, it's well worth the investment, and you got me to help you get set up once you get one

@@Mileage1774 I got you now, my fault. I’m comfortable on story mode, I still have an imagination like my 6 year old son lol but online is a no go, you will get kicked or banned by rockstar. Download fivem. That’s how we’re able to play online with other people with mods.
