Just wondering how it's held up over the last almost year. Looks good and the trim idea with pvc is great. And did you just drill straight through the walls for the handle bars? I might want one of those or a I've seen some flip down bench/seats that would probably mount the same way, so just wondering if it was as straight forward as it looked.

It looks as good today as when I put it in last year! Very easy to clean since there are only a couple corners. I screwed the bars directly into the studs behind the shower wall. I made sure to put a good dab of caulk behind the mounting plate to seal up those holes. Thanks for watching!

How do you like the flexstone so far? Is it a thick material?
Also what shower pan did you use?

The flexstone panels are about 1/4 inch thick, its a lamination of a light foam and a harder plastic surface that has the design printed on it. It seems very durable and is super easy to clean. Maintenance should just be new caulk at the seams as needed. It wasn't really any cheaper than tile in terms of material cost, but much easier/quicker install. Overall we really like it! The shower base is a Kohler fiberglass unit, 36x48. Thank you for watching!
