      Oh the usual suspects lol. Poor food choices. Needless spending. It's more the proper phrasing. Not say " I will not do....."?

      @@gregmcnally7672 its really important to focus on a positive outcome. Our mind gets confused when we tell it 'not to do' something. We have to paint a picture and give clear commands to our mind of what we want. For example I would say "I choose to eat healthy, delicious food. I enjoy eating this food. I think of eating healthy, natural food and I have find myself salivating at the idea of putting this delicious food in my mouth....." You get the idea?

      Yes absolutely. I have worked with lots of performers. Hypnosis can help a lot to make you feel more relaxed before a performance. I also help people to improve their performance. Hypnosis can easily get you into a ‘flow state’ where everything just comes together. I have had great results doing this with musicians, actors, golfers, football players etc. It’s a powerful thing to make part of your pre-performance preparation so that you go out there feeling great

    Hypnotism is true, It happened to me personally in real life. I loosed a lot of money.

      Hi Rafael. A lot of people lose weight through hypnotherapy, a lot of people lose anxiety and fears too. But I never heard before how it lost anybody money. A lot of people use hypnosis to help them get money by overcoming things like avoidance and procrastination. What happened to you that you lost money?

    Unfortunately, one must have a base belief that one can be hypnotised for it to work. Even a professional hypnotherapist was unable to do it.

      I have only ever had 2 occasions when I was unable to hypnotise someone. Both were during The Pandemic with people who were in a state of panic and hyper vigilance. They were on such a state of alert they could not even sleep. Anybody can be hypnotised but they have to want to be. If you are able to relax and you want to be there you can be hypnotised. You do not need any base beliefs. It is a natural state that we can enter. For hypnotherapy to be successful it is important that people are open minded to the possibility that it could work. You don’t need any more belief than that

      @@lisagnzlz that is great to hear. Hypnosis can help with many physical issues. By relaxing and calming our nervous system we give our bodies the chance to heal and repair. Anxiety is behind so many physical issues. When we let go of this we get so many emotional and physical benefits
