Thanks Brandon 💡06:14 Successful real estate agents focus on results, not feelings, and take responsibility for their success, while unsuccessful agents blame external factors and refuse to acknowledge their own role in their lack of success.

In my opinion, a housing market crash is imminent due to the high number of individuals who purchased homes above the asking price despite the low interest rates. These buyers find themselves in precarious situations as housing prices decline, leaving them without any equity. If they become unable to afford their homes, foreclosure becomes a likely outcome. Even attempting to sell would not yield any profits. This scenario is expected to impact a significant number of people, particularly in light of the anticipated surge in layoffs and the rapid increase in the cost of living.

I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too.

That’s actually an incentive for them to just stay where they are as long as they can make the payments. They’re stuck of they’re upside down.

It's often true that people underestimate the importance of financial advisors until they feel the negative effects of emotional decision-making. I remember a few summers ago, after a tough divorce, when I needed a boost for my struggling business. I researched and found a licensed advisor who diligently helped grow my reserves despite inflation. Consequently, my reserves increased from $275k to around $750k.

I have been prospecting over the phone since January, really started picking up the consistency in March. Now I am finally seeing the results of the work I put in months ago. These conversations are far from perfect, but my skills have improved, and I’ve managed to get these face to face appointments, and even turned some of these into listings!! It will work, you just have to grit down and stay dedicated to the every day grind so you can reap and enjoy the harvest for tomorrow.

This is one of the truest things I've heard about succeeding in RE. When I first started over a decade ago, I was blessed to be in an environment where I was fed constant leads, but it was still up to me to convert those leads into buyers reps. In my first 6 months, I made every mistake I could and made barely enough to eat (iirc, it was $1400 TOTAL with lease leads my brokerage gave me), but I refined my process down to where it was nearly identical from each new lead meeting to the next - from how I prepared for each meeting to what I said, and what routes I drove clients around in my area of operation. The following 3 years after that, I was selling 40-50 homes a year, and I really didn't have time to do anything else, working 80 hours a week. I takes a lot of hard work, and as much as I wanted to quit those first 6 months, I didn't give up

Every agent needs to hear this message and take it to heart. Everything works if we do, however some things DO work better than other things. Coaching and experience helps us see what those things are.

I’m learning being consistent is key. You can’t do something once for a few days and expect to see results. That’s with anything in life.

Information is knowledge, and the more you know, the more advanced you become. However, true advancement and success come from mastery, not just knowledge. To get ahead, you need discipline and focus. Mastering one thing requires dedication and consistent effort. My advice is to avoid spreading yourself too thin by trying to learn everything. Instead, choose one or two strategies that suit you best and focus on mastering them. Remember, all strategies can work, but you can only truly excel at one or two, not all of them.

Knowledge without actions == zero results little knowledge with actions good results zero knowledge still consistent actions some results..so actions trumps knowledge in certain fields like sales real estate

I lost over $70k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Patricia Annie Brooks
