Mr Random no problem
Question on the gasket. I am replacing the clutch cover and gasket on my grandson’s Yamaha PW50, year 2005. In your video, no gasket sealant was applied. Should I use gasket sealant or simply apply the gasket dry as in your video? Thank You.
I haven’t had any problems with it leaking you should be fine just make sure the surface is clean
i have a 2002 yz125 and when i pull in the clutch in gear u can still ouch the bike back and forth and when i took the clutch cover off everything looked fine but when i went to go put it back on my cable wasn’t long enough and i had noticed that the people i had bought it from had the cable and lever not aligned and was way ahead and i don’t know what to do
The Lever On the cover has to fall in between the 2 markings on the case. You will need a some channel locks to turn the lever. once your there you should have enough slack to install the cable
Even without oil will the transmission spin freely when the clutch is engaged when it’s in gear?
Good question I have never tried that
Could you do a video about installing a Kickstarter gear
okay next time i mess with the bike, soon. thanks for your support family
Man I can’t put this cover on to save my life I have a 02 and it just won’t go on
Make sure everything is lined up correctly and look for anything that may be stopping it from going on. The power valve rod has to be lined up on the gear correctly as well
I feel like I have the cover on because when it’s fully engaged it’s where you said it needed to be so I assumed the power valve has to be lined up so how would I do that
I did this but my clutch has no tension. Do you know why?
You probably need so set the valve or clutch lever
@@MRRANDOM1how do I do that
U ever figure it out?
