Thanks for the comment, Latif. We have to stay consistent regardless of the circumstances. These cold months are a great opportunity to build some discipline.
I love the rings and plan to build a set of outdoor bar equipment. I also love that the shirt comes off when the rings workouts begin. It's awesome to see the striation in the pecs and of course seeing the abs pop. I met my first gymnast in person this summer when he came to train his abs for some fitness challenge. I'd never seen such perfect hanging leg lifts with feet to the bar. I started hanging leg lifts and love them. Now seeing this rings workout I'll definitely add this to my workout some time. You've got an impressive physique.
This is such a peaceful place to train calisthenics, it feels like time stands still there. By the way, what do you eat to maintain such a low body fat?
Indeed, I love that place, especially early in the morning or late evening. In terms of food, just the basic natural foods, plenty of protein, veggies, fruit, healthy fats and complex carbs when needed. Nothing refined.
I do mostly weighted and standard calisthenics. I do weights for the lower body. Getting the benefits of both weights and calisthenics is great. See what you like most of both worlds and structure your plan around those. Whether you a fan of the basic calisthenics movements or you want to add some techniques and static holds, you can always do that while hitting your gym workouts.
@@Shordx_ Thank you, sir! I just do standard and weighted calisthenics for the upper body. Bands and light weights for some isolation movements sometimes. I do weights to train my legs.
The rings on the video are 28mm, there’s different types I’m using depending on the workout. In terms of my split, I do 3 days on 1 off. Chest & Back (muscle up focused), legs (weights), shoulders & arms (handstand focused). Rest and repeat. Cardio every day, mostly jump rope and martial arts.
@@KeremC37 I really appreciate that! You can start today. Get yourself a tripod and use your smartphone to film yourself working out. Choose your favourite workout routine and take a video of every exercise you perform. Once you have the footage, you can edit it in a software of your choice. I’m looking forward to seeing your workout video! You’ve got this 🙏
Try a more narrow pull-up grip and practice explosive pull-ups. Start slowly, pulling yourself up as high as possible. I started like this, first reaching my chest, then belly, and eventually I was able to pull as high as my hips. It’s about consistency. You’ll get there. I’ll be posting a short tutorial on how to muscle-up in the next few days 👊
no music , no luxury , nature , hardwork and discipline , pure calm
Focusing on what matters 🙏
Such good vibes, rainy, solo in the park and training, waiting for the next spring to come to be able to train outdoors again.

I appreciate the support, Patrick!
Do you go to gym or you built that insane physique just by calisthenics workouts?

Hey bro! How many times a week do you do this workout?
2x/week.
How to get so good in muscle ups? I can do 10 pull ups max, but I can't do them fast, like you need in muscle ups
