I simply can't believe that the deceased families believe he didn't kill their children, the parents of two of their other grandchildren and he was willing to blame his brother 😢
This murderer went on with his life, getting married and had a child while his parents lay in a cold grave.
Unbelievable; justice for the parents( may they now- rest in peace).

I agree. I’ve followed this story for years and I knew he tried to blame his brother but I wasn’t aware he went on and started a family. That was another bad decision he made. That just shows that he thought he would get off again.

Poor AJ… no amount of lying, scheming, and double-talking will enable him to dodge that prison bullet. He may (or likely may not), finally appreciate that actions have consequences. His supportive family members are enablers unwilling to accept the truth. Keep wasting money on appeals.

Not mentioning an intruder in 16 min of call, while your sister is still in the house alive. How did he even know, she was still alive?
The coldness in the interrogation. That unclear fast speaking, when he was making up a story… Come on! Give it up!

    • @mel-kt3le

exactly listen to what the parents said what a liar and manipulator he was. He is a spoiled privileged brat and he believed in his huge arrogance that the good boy act would fool everyone. Like his parents said why do you lie so much he probably was tired being given rules and expectations and did what he did. And no one breaks into a house and finds someone else's gun and shoots them with it he was so casual talking about it he wasn't nervous at all and he wasn't scared for his sister he knew she was ok and never mentioned any intruder on the call to police fast talking and fast lying and that poor family sadly is in denial and on top of that he killed them and is spending their money to defend himself truly disgusting.

For what was essentially quite an obvious guilty he sure has managed to charm a lot of people into being convinced that he didn't do it and even turned round and blamed it on his half brother. At the root of all this is having his luxury car taken away as a disciplinary matter and given to his brother. He was just mad he couldn't do and please as he wanted and that his parents dare to consider giving what he thought of as HIS car to his brother. Simple as that in my opinion.

    You know all things!
Let the truth be known right now! And this young man be let free from that jail!
While watching the trial conviction. It was strange seeing some of the Wte people talking and laughing after the trial, in the court room. Why would some people be laughing, like its a joke? Nothing is funny about a young Black man, if he is falsely charged for a crime he did not do, and was set up! If he is guilty! He deserve to pay for his actions! I dont think the family would be suing authorities, and fighting for him, if they knew AJ, murdered his parents.

🤦‍♂️ Sure does a good job at 'trying' to cast a reasonable doubt. Logic and reasoning cut right through it. Another event that happened at another point in time does not guarantee a 100% scientific conclusion in this separate event. Technically this is a human bringing up another topic aka 'spin', 'pivoting', etc... and trying to relate it in a narrative of their own. Good, bad, true, false, whatever that human chooses the narrative to be.

I have a lot of doubt and I feel the evidence was planted . After listening to the Uncle I believe a lot was left out that was super important like the maids testimony, why they did not test blood on wall leading to Garage , and all of a sudden DNA on a shirt that was not there in the prior 2 trials. The all of a sudden DNA showing up leaves a HUGE shaddow of doubt for me but jury did not know this was last minute. Also after 4 shots no residue at all . All sinks , showers in home dry nothing found at all there is to much he might be innocent for me to say guilty.

Someone did it but if not him then who? The main thing for me is everyone judges people without being there and don't really understand how many people are really in jail that are innocent and none of us can say what did happen or didn't. people who have served 15 to 20 years and then find out they were innocent. I'm not on any side I'm just saying so many people are quick to judge but while the family is on his side it must be a reason. It's good and bad law enforcement out here and i know some will want to get a case over instead of spending real-time to find justice for their records because to them its all about numbers not people's lives. Anyone that thinks the law is always right is just as delusional as the movies they watch to think most of this stuff doesn't happen in real life.

You say people shouldn't judge you because they weren't there? Well if you don't put yourself into a situations no one will ever have to judge you wrongly. Why have people of your peers to judge you, and they weren't there neither. AJ's lawyer wasn't there, and he made up numerous of theories about who did the crime, wasn't he judging someone. Humans are supposed to judge one another and hold them accountable.
