Lived there for a year after moving from Clearwater Beach. It's one of the nicest parts of Tampa to live but the traffic is horrible now. It was nice and quiet back in 2007. Rents were just $1,000 for a nice 2-2 luxury apartment. How things have changed.
You always have interesting videos but you passed by so many neighborhoods as you drove along the main avenue, Bruce B Downs in New Tampa and Wesley Chapel. I live in Wesley Chapel so next time check out the previews the premium outlet, ice skating rink, parks, Epperson Ranch and crystal lagoon beach, hunters green, Tampa palms, Esplanade, Seven Oaks, wire grass Mall, etc. there are some beautiful neighborhoods here. It’s a nice place to live but has become almost too expensive and crowded. Check out south Tampa, Clearwater, St Pete, Dunedin..so much to see as you head south to Miami.
The problem with Florida is that it’s filled with scammers, too many HOA’s who will triple your fees to pay for insurance. Housing is too high right now to boot. hard to find one not in an HOA

Love Florida. Florida is the most Beautifulest state in the Nation. I wish it was more Constitutionalist. They need to have Constitutional Laws. The Right to keep and bear arms (own and carry guns/ fire power/ fire arms).
