Evan seems like a great guy, this video is ridiculously helpful, and i want to thank Animal for making videos like this. Great work guys, keep up this awesome type of work.
I got the chance to meet Evan in 2014 at the Mr olympia expo, he was chilling out in the lobby and I approached him asking for a picture. He was so cool about it. I talked to him about the big on a budget video and he said huge on a hundred is going to be better. One of favorite bodybuilders. He gives away free knowledge all the time, more than any other bodybuilder by far. A true professional and ambassador of bodybuilding. I always come back to these videos. They never grow old.
+Animal Extremely helpful, believe or not I love food shopping. I sit there figuring out the carbs, protein, fats ect..ect.. love all ur shopping videos with Evan & Frank 💪🍗🍌🍠🍏🍞🍜🍝🍲
Cheers for the video content! Excuse me for butting in, I would love your opinion. Have you ever tried - Chireetler Deepest Relaxation Rule (do a search on google)? It is a great one off product for learning to grow muscle fast minus the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker at last got great success with it.
You know how much money I’ve saved watching Evan a nutritionist charges an eye for all the information we get for free from Evan thank you and god bless you
No it didn't. Income is higher than when this video was made, you just have to shop smarter, in bulks, sales, it's still ridiculously cheap in countries like Australia, America etc to eat healthy food like a King. Expensive food is nearly always the junk food, sugary diet, snacks that people fall for.
I did the 50 challenge this will s try art off my week and I still have leftovers without the meal preps. Once I get my meals down, I'll try this 100 challenge. Evan you've been an amazing teacher. Thank you!
You're just a good bloke Evan, down to earth and genuine. Your vids are informative and have helped make my overall gym experience far more productive, especially from a nutrition point of view. Next time you're in Australia, we going to a pub and I'm buying you a beer, or 5!!!
And this is why evan is the best at what he does. Covers aspects of every food what its good for how it can help you the price the weight how to fit it into your diet. Covers everything. Keep on winning brother
Great job on this Ox and Animal. Colour change was great addition, while the actual information and budgeting guidance was unparalleled.great company who look after their fans!
I love this series. This series should turn the light bulb on for the people that scoff at eating for gains. "It's the food people!" If ya wanna grow...EAT! Ox keep it coming, Animal for life!
these videos are incredible. And it works not just as a bulking diet but also for cutting. I used the outline for the $50 for a week on my cut and it stretched about a week longer. This is perfect for people on budgets and who are busy like single dads such as my self or college students. Thanks for the uploads! Wish i would have learned this sooner
i love this guy watched a few of his videos. He is very well spoken knows exactly what he is doing and is clear and concise with his approach to everything. His personality is great and I hope to see ore of him in the future. Keep up the great work. Ohh yeah hes also ripped as F and his biceps are alwasy tearing through his shirt!!!!!
Awesome video.....Great for people who have trouble budgeting and for those who think eating healthy is expensive....I was one of those people...Thanks Evan!!
Lucas well typically a serving size of most meats is 4oz, and theres a certain number of grams per serving. So 1 pound of meat would be 4 servings of it, times that by the amount of protein per serving
Evan, could you do one of these videos for cutting? I (and I assume many others) would love to see a shopping video for getting cut! Thanks for the content!!
Im a big fan of low fat string cheese. 7 grams of protein / 50 calories each. Get 12 of them for less than 3 bucks. Have one or two with any lower protein meals to drive up the protein in those meals.
Now Frank Now Frank ! good stuff love watching these you can really see living this lifestyle can get expensive but that's why you gotta be able to shop smart and go for the "bang for the buck"
You can tell that you do! Because you deliver real quality movies/videos all the time! I always look forward to a movie you guys have made. Especially when there is a trailer coming.
This was awesome! I've been wanting a little variety in my meals. This helps a ton! I'm a meat and potatoes guy, reminded me to throw some greens in the mix. Very cool dude too! Thanks guys.
Another insightful video, cheers once again. Would be good to include a few minutes of food prep advice for those on the go. Im assuming however that it is all cooked in bulk (minus oats and cheese) and put in containers?
I think these videos are great, i know most people see coupons and taking more time actually looking through the sales papers as a hassle but this would be a way to save a few more dollars and possibly get a few more meals or better variety in the meals.
It would be cool to do one for 25 dollars a week budget .. that's how much I have for food each week.... I usually just buy ground beef and sweet potatoes.
I'm a total newbie and im just wondering at what times would he eat the meals. What meal at what time and so on. I love both the 100 and 50 video, very useful, just a little confused on timing and when to actually eat each meal.
I find this a great meal plan! Very, very helpful in planning terms. But i am currently going through a cutting phase, how would the carb intake and especially the salt intake change? Just being curious as this is a matter that i am mostly concerned with during cutting and during bulking
I got 8 minutes in, had to go upstairs and make 9oz chicken, 150g pasta (dry weight) and a zuccini. lmao. every damn time; these vids motivate me way too much. Thanks Evan and Animal.
wow really helpful video guys! question- have you ever considered a meal here and there of pork? the protein content is pretty high and its cheap AF. also, what are your thoughts on canned tuna for tunafish sandwiches on the go? they are pretty cheap too
Great video and I appreciate Evans honesty about how similar this would be to his diet. Most pro's exaggerate the portions I believe. Keep them coming Animal!
$6 for 1 cabbage, and only $2.50 for a pound of cottage cheese? shit, in my country we pay $2.50 for the cabbage, and $5 for the cottage cheese. that sucks
Evan seems like a great guy, this video is ridiculously helpful, and i want to thank Animal for making videos like this. Great work guys, keep up this awesome type of work.
Animal Get Frank Again for us Canadian :D
Yes! Agreed!
Animal Can you guys add the amount of calories per meal?
Animal especially since his Food choices would be slightly different being in Germany and all...
Animal m
this guy is so down to earth. No showing off or tryhard.
Great vid, thumbed up everywhere there was a thumb.

He keeps it real
Thanks for putting the food prep in color! Great job, Evan!
I love these old vids. Just going through them getting my health back on track.
This is insanely useful and informative. I'm a horrible shopper normally and usually end up broke on a budget instead of big on a budget.
+Animal
Extremely helpful, believe or not I love food shopping. I sit there figuring out the carbs, protein, fats ect..ect.. love all ur shopping videos with Evan & Frank 💪🍗🍌🍠🍏🍞🍜🍝🍲
Love the whole animal crew but evan is something special , most calm and intelligent person i ever saw over media . .

Inflation destroyed this video

big time
Australia is much worse then America
I did the 50 challenge this will s try art off my week and I still have leftovers without the meal preps. Once I get my meals down, I'll try this 100 challenge. Evan you've been an amazing teacher. Thank you!

"low protein, keep movin"
And this is why evan is the best at what he does.
Covers aspects of every food what its good for how it can help you the price the weight how to fit it into your diet. Covers everything. Keep on winning brother
This has given me a whole new perspective on how to shop. Thanks!
Watching this everytime I prep my food. A guy with not just "big muscles" but has a ton of knowledge about nutrition. Thank you brother.
Great job on this Ox and Animal. Colour change was great addition, while the actual information and budgeting guidance was unparalleled.great company who look after their fans!
Evan has the best videos when it comes to helping out the new up and comers with food prep and knowledge.
this is so real life!! im always counting protein when making purchases
Love this series, so helpful. Evan seems such a genuine guy.
These videos are so damn good! Helpful and entertaining. You should get Mcgrath with Evan in one video, that would be awesome!
This was exactly what I needed to simplify what to buy and how it would look made thru out the day. Thank you love the video hope for more !
Really awesome video, thanks for taking the time to do this!
I always learn so much from each video of Evan. Even u r a normal guy not an bodybuilder u can relate to him completely.
I love this series. This series should turn the light bulb on for the people that scoff at eating for gains. "It's the food people!" If ya wanna grow...EAT! Ox keep it coming, Animal for life!
Was looking forward to this and you guys did not disappoint. Great upload!
Solid and simple. And considering the fact that I'm not even close Evan's size, I can settle for less on each quantity..
these videos are incredible. And it works not just as a bulking diet but also for cutting. I used the outline for the $50 for a week on my cut and it stretched about a week longer. This is perfect for people on budgets and who are busy like single dads such as my self or college students. Thanks for the uploads! Wish i would have learned this sooner
i hope this turns into a series of some sort. these videos have been ridiculously useful for someone like me in college living on next to nothing.
Always spot on with the food prep. I love evans videos. I would go with spinach but cabbage is really good.
i love this guy watched a few of his videos. He is very well spoken knows exactly what he is doing and is clear and concise with his approach to everything. His personality is great and I hope to see ore of him in the future. Keep up the great work. Ohh yeah hes also ripped as F and his biceps are alwasy tearing through his shirt!!!!!
Awesome video.....Great for people who have trouble budgeting and for those who think eating healthy is expensive....I was one of those people...Thanks Evan!!
awesome vid ANIMAL, I didn't even realize this was up here, very informative stuff. Keep up the good work!
I'm an ex bodybuilder myself and I love to look back on these videos
He's such a likable guy. Seems very humble.
Very helpful, great variety this time round... Good job guys
I don't get American system, talk about protein in grams then measure in pounds lol makes no sense to uses two systems
Lucas I'd imagine that in American food packages they give total weight or volume in pounds or fluid ounces and nutritional values in metric system.
Lucas well typically a serving size of most meats is 4oz, and theres a certain number of grams per serving. So 1 pound of meat would be 4 servings of it, times that by the amount of protein per serving
Then how you dont understand its fucking USELESS to keep lmfao
I am an American and it's confusing to me....
Lucas yes I was like just use grams for everything like the rest of the world
Evan Centopani is one of the biggest grinders when it comes to modern day bodybuilding. What a solid contender.
So what would be today’s equivalent. Huge on $400?😂
Another fantastic video!
My appetite normally is pretty poor, but these always make me want to eat :-)
The cashier girl was very cute :) !!! And Evan.....Evan is the most humble big guy ever ! Great, great video !
Damn the protein egg science is crazy advanced
Evan, could you do one of these videos for cutting? I (and I assume many others) would love to see a shopping video for getting cut! Thanks for the content!!
"Cutting on a C-Note"
"Fuckable on a Fifty" or a Franklin
Thanks for the series very simple novel yet well done
Thanks for the motivation, Animal! Also Ox was great as always
Sound of the knife when you are preparing the cabbage is killing me :( but really good video..i wish i could buy that food for 100bucks in my country.
So educational for those of us who are interested in entering into the bodybuilding lifestyle.
next instalment... 2 Big On $200
@G E T R E K T 905 :)))))))
@G E T R E K T 905 RIP
does it HAVE to be black and white?
The camera was broken, they said it in another video
It's better than color
Yo what’s with the tone you had when you said “black”?
@@JohnSmith-be5py 🤣
Great video, once again! Evan really makes the videos! Thanks
Evan that was awesome man! Thnx for all the great info you provide for you fans!!!
Im a big fan of low fat string cheese. 7 grams of protein / 50 calories each. Get 12 of them for less than 3 bucks. Have one or two with any lower protein meals to drive up the protein in those meals.
Love the video, very interesting stuff to know, your advice helps on how to budget when your living on a budget 👍💯
Now Frank Now Frank ! good stuff love watching these you can really see living this lifestyle can get expensive but that's why you gotta be able to shop smart and go for the "bang for the buck"
If Evan were to do this in 2024 he could buy a package of chicken, bag of rice and a gallon of milk for his $100
This was awesome! Thank you Animal once again :)
You can tell that you do! Because you deliver real quality movies/videos all the time! I always look forward to a movie you guys have made. Especially when there is a trailer coming.
Well im always excited when there is a trailer for a big movie like this one so i guess yeah :P
Great cook rite there. Deff a awesome job preparing food.
I think Ox is cool as hell.

I'm late to this video but thank you animal ! And thank you Evan !!!!!!! I needed some guidance !!!

Another insightful video, cheers once again.
Would be good to include a few minutes of food prep advice for those on the go.
Im assuming however that it is all cooked in bulk (minus oats and cheese) and put in containers?
Thank you chef for the shopping and cooking tips , this video will help me a great deal in my pocket $ and in my diet.
Still watching in 2022
same here, just wishing those prices were the same as hes showing in the video lol
Awesome video guys. As always very helpful and informative.
Is there a reason the first half is in black and white?
I can tell you right now, this looks more like $200 dollars right now, give or take. No where near 100 at the cheapest grocery stores around me!
I think these videos are great, i know most people see coupons and taking more time actually looking through the sales papers as a hassle but this would be a way to save a few more dollars and possibly get a few more meals or better variety in the meals.
Omg take me back to 100$ huge days
It would be cool to do one for 25 dollars a week budget .. that's how much I have for food each week.... I usually just buy ground beef and sweet potatoes.
Havent even started the video yet but I just wanted to thank Animal for making these. They are extremely helpful. #zyzz
I wonder how much it will cost today
Absolutely beautiful! What kind of red meat is that he prepared?
these are really great videos...thanks!
Thank You Brother!
I would've killed for information like this as a teenager!
I'm a total newbie and im just wondering at what times would he eat the meals. What meal at what time and so on. I love both the 100 and 50 video, very useful, just a little confused on timing and when to actually eat each meal.
this videos are great!! Good Work :)
Another great video from Evan. ^_^
Did he move or something? Other video was shot at his house which seemed a lot bigger (nicer if you will). This looks more like a Kai Greene kitchen.
Animal Not a problem, i had them covered ;)
I love these videos. Great job!
Is there a list I could copy so I can print it later so I can take it with me to the store.
I would love to see a video of Evan's own shopping for a week just to see what a top pro is eating like!
wow really helpful video guys! question- have you ever considered a meal here and there of pork? the protein content is pretty high and its cheap AF. also, what are your thoughts on canned tuna for tunafish sandwiches on the go? they are pretty cheap too
Time for raw McGraw to do his own version. I get a laugh just watching him. Awesome vid Animal, Evan is quite the intellectual
Dude, where do you live, I mean, where do you shop? wow the prices are extreme comparing to here in Florida, Mid Florida that is.
Great video and I appreciate Evans honesty about how similar this would be to his diet. Most pro's exaggerate the portions I believe. Keep them coming Animal!
$6 for 1 cabbage, and only $2.50 for a pound of cottage cheese?
shit, in my country we pay $2.50 for the cabbage, and $5 for the cottage cheese. that sucks
I've always enjoyed your videos do you have an extra home in NJ ?
The veins look tight AF! Vascularity is on point! Ox mode
Best Bodybuilder for me! Mr. OX
So much food! Makes me so hungry lol
Evan is the best. I think he is working on a cooking channel here. Lol
The soundtrack in this grocery store is alway on point
what a legend
