I remember about three months ago that huge on a hundred with Evan was released. And a few people suggested in the comments section that we would like to see Frank do one aswell just like the big on fifty videos were.
Animal replied starting they would try to get Frank in on it next time he was in town.
Now here we are.
To me that's phenomenal that a company would listen and cater to their fans in such a way.
Thanks a ton animal for listening... And for choosing your athletes the way you do. Almost everyone I find an athlete whom I think is genuine person on top of being extremely physically talented they end up being with animal or universal.
If all my favourite baseball players and football players were with adidas... You bet your ass I'd have myself a lot of adidas gear.
Thanks again animal.
I really like this guy, his personality and everything. He seems really down to earth.
same
Real good guy
"You gotta live"
-Frank McGrath
Dude even cooks like an animal, very simplistic and expendable. Efficiency=Man. No BS.
What a down to earth and likeable guy. No ego or cockiness and very easy to listen to and watch. Refreshing. Keep up the good work sir.
"the butter...uh....goes I the bread...getting it cause it tastes good". best explanation
Frank is the man!!! First Animal athlete I came across!
I really enjoyed the vid. It is always nice to see The Wrath going food shopping and cooking :) Frank's a cool guy.
Animal I agree, it is quite interesting to see the entire lifestyle, very enjoyable, and people like to see a global vision of bodybuilding. Training, eating, preparing foods, the social life of a bodybuilder. To sum up, how a bodybuilder lives and with vids like this, people can have a good approach. So, thanks, Animal ;)
Frank is the man! Be good to have a Q&A vid with him.
This to me is more motivating with my training than any weightlifting vid out there! Animal products rock and so does Animal youtube channel
Thanks for also showing him cooking! It's very helpful for those of us learning.
After jason does his big on a budget.... I think the next installment should not be based on any budget but rather what each individual preference as pre contest or off season. Seeing the differences in the pros meals as well as prices will bring a new excitement to the already awsome budget videos. Just a thought. Also maybe even throwing in guys like Garrett or some of the other powerlifters.
"this is enough food for a day, for me" :D
I love these episodes ! more of it :)
Food seems so cheap in the US compared to here in UK :@
Beans on toast, a man after my own heart hahaha
Or anywhere else in the world :)
Yupp anywhere in the world indeed, in sweden 2.2 pounds of chicken is 10 bucks, shat my pants when i saw the price in this video..
Animal You said it! Fast food is so inexpensive in comparison to real food. Nutritious food is what kids need to get and instead they get Junk. The last video "Big on a budget" was really helpful, I managed to replicate the same menu Minus mini cakes or Diet coke for relatively the same price. You should Make more videos like that with Frank "Wrath" McGrath! My favorite bodybuilder of all times.
try living in new zealand ... srs
I really look up to this guy he seems so nice & easy going.
This guys kicks ass. Seems like he would be cool to hang out with, everyday Joe like most of us.
i like how the average Working guy is thought about with these kind of videos. Pretty cool. i actually get by every week for around $100 quite comfortably. people complain how hard it is to eat "healthy" but they don't think twice to go out twice a week and drop $60 a shot on dumb shit on top of THEIR grocery list. these videos make sense
Frank needs to hit up that Rita's Italian Ice behind him!
You guys at animal are the shit. Thanks for the realistic and helpful videos. I been doing my shopping and meal preps like this since the first one you guys posted.
This video just blew my mind.
Definitely gonna learn how to budget my money and meals a lot better now. God I love animal haha. You guys truly are something else
Love this video.. Definitely inquiring the majority of his food choices in my meal plans for future bulking. Thanks guys! And Frank!!
Amazing , thank you FRANK and Animal
Wrath always a favorite
Keep the frank vids coming please. Great motivation
its like watching the food channel. I love it.
"YEH GOTTA LIVE"
Excellent video. Really cool to see the preparation of meals also. Id be interested to see the comparison of some of the powerlifters diet as its geared more towards me vs body builders. Awesome work as always!
thanks for sharing. love the info and quality of video!
Love this series.. gotta do a canadian version though..
That hundred wouldn't go half as far here. Best price I can ever get on chicken is $4/lb.

Animal
I'm enjoying it.
Giant on a grand.
thats why he is my hero. keep it up bro
I guess Wrath doesn't believe in VEGGIES.
Good thing this is in the US! Hardly eat for $100 a day in Canada now.
Frank is one of my favorite lifters and bodybuilders. Im going to be using him more in my motivation vids that i post. i like to take frank's approach to lifting and i even use some animal supps because of him. If you like Frank and his lifts checkout my channel for future vids!
Thank you for the video first off and also thank you for changing it to color!! Please make more of these videos. It really helps with different ways to cook different foods!! Really nice to see how others cook!!! It also helps keep me going on my diet because I get burned out cooking and eating the same foods over and over. I have watched both of his videos and also the size for seventy from your brother company. Please again make more videos like this with the cooking!!
Centopani all the way for these 100 buck videos. He knows that vegetables bring all those vitamins and minerals a body needs for long term survival.
Nice to see him prepare it all as well this time! Loving the videos Animal! It's interesting seeing his house as well, definitely not the bachelor pad of those old pictures of him on The Journey. Any possibility of seeing the diets of the powerlifting guys like Dan Green? It would be interesting to see their diets compared to the bodybuilders.
that´s a yummy off-season diet! Good job Wrath!!!!
OK GUYS!!!Frank McGrath is the Best of Best.
From 13:45 to 13:55 I nearly spat my drink out, Frank McGrath you're funny bro
The bread goes in, the toast comes out. Words of wisdom.
Your microwave went from 100 to 59. I'd get it checked out

Noodle meat & sauce.
Oh you mean Spaghetti.
This guy lol.
he should have his own cooking show.
Watching this I thought to myself "Is Frank from Newfoundland? That doesn't sound like a Jersey accent to me." Lo and behold he is from St. John's, eh b'y.
He's from Dunville which is about 100kms from St.John's
I felt I was in a math class with all those calculations lol....Learn Math with McGrath :)
Frank Mcgrath -

Please come to the FIBO 2015 again! I was missing you guys for real at the 2014 :-) Cool video, it's a bless to go shopping in america and canada. I am not a pro neither than a big bodybuilder, but clean eating for me a week is about 160-180 $ in germany.
We love ya Frank !
When are more of these videos coming, it gets me through cardio.
Really great work! Keep it up, we want the Evan's one also :D
Can u guys add the macros for when Frank does the $50 challenge
I watched Evan's go at this, and Frank beats what he got by a country mile! Way more food than Evan got.
Lets live, lets eat cookies and milk......2 secs later, I feel bad for the cookies, lol
this guy is great
Damn that's a nice groceries bill, up here in CT that would be 300 bucks
Can u do a in season diet video please
I love the meals!
What about the egg whites? Pair them with the beans and toast I'd say.
please bring in dan green pleaseeeeeee!
This is what Jay Cutler eats in one meal.
Any greens, or do you rely on supplements for vitamins and minerals?
Nice Video as always.... but still waiting for "Roman Fritz - Huge on a Hundred €" in Germany :P
Great Video. ..
Good Luck In Big California. ...
amazing video !
I'd be a fat slob of shit if I ate that everyday lol
Great viewing!
Those fucking forearms!
Great vid!!
people say bodybuilders are dumb they need to watch this bodybuilders have good maths skills better than the average sometimes
Great Video!
I wish food was that cheap here in California, even in a bug Ag area everything is way more expensive here. $6 or $7 a pound for chicken and things like that
Why does the black and white make is so much better????
Braxton Mouton Its a myth m8
Would love to see what an un-budgeted diet and what a contest diet looks and cost!
pete rubish or dan green big on a budget next? and why doesnt anyone but frozen veggies
you are great
Frank do you ever add anything to your oats? I usually use the less sugar oatmeal during my off season. Nice touch with the cookies, everyone is human and needs to enjoy a chocolate chip cookie haha.
"Cash... CASH!"
Frank has Cutco knives!!!:D
I live in Trenton. Does this guy lift around here?
I like Frank, but compared to Evans knowledge he doesn't compare..
go with whole milk hmmm and put it in potatoes.. MASH POTATOES!
It costs 10 dollars per pound chicken in Iceland.
His forearms are bigger than the jasmine rice bag,lol
Hungry!!!! If i had 100 dollars to spend on groceries?? OH MANNNNNNNNNNN
Cake is Kerb, Cake is a Kerb
Damn highlight of my day is watching 100 dollars get spent on groceries
can you do the samebut in Canada ?
