I remember about three months ago that huge on a hundred with Evan was released. And a few people suggested in the comments section that we would like to see Frank do one aswell just like the big on fifty videos were. Animal replied starting they would try to get Frank in on it next time he was in town. Now here we are. To me that's phenomenal that a company would listen and cater to their fans in such a way. Thanks a ton animal for listening... And for choosing your athletes the way you do. Almost everyone I find an athlete whom I think is genuine person on top of being extremely physically talented they end up being with animal or universal. If all my favourite baseball players and football players were with adidas... You bet your ass I'd have myself a lot of adidas gear. Thanks again animal.
Animal I agree, it is quite interesting to see the entire lifestyle, very enjoyable, and people like to see a global vision of bodybuilding. Training, eating, preparing foods, the social life of a bodybuilder. To sum up, how a bodybuilder lives and with vids like this, people can have a good approach. So, thanks, Animal ;)
After jason does his big on a budget.... I think the next installment should not be based on any budget but rather what each individual preference as pre contest or off season. Seeing the differences in the pros meals as well as prices will bring a new excitement to the already awsome budget videos. Just a thought. Also maybe even throwing in guys like Garrett or some of the other powerlifters.
You guys at animal are the shit. Thanks for the realistic and helpful videos. I been doing my shopping and meal preps like this since the first one you guys posted.
This video just blew my mind. Definitely gonna learn how to budget my money and meals a lot better now. God I love animal haha. You guys truly are something else
Thank you for the video first off and also thank you for changing it to color!! Please make more of these videos. It really helps with different ways to cook different foods!! Really nice to see how others cook!!! It also helps keep me going on my diet because I get burned out cooking and eating the same foods over and over. I have watched both of his videos and also the size for seventy from your brother company. Please again make more videos like this with the cooking!!
Animal You said it! Fast food is so inexpensive in comparison to real food. Nutritious food is what kids need to get and instead they get Junk. The last video "Big on a budget" was really helpful, I managed to replicate the same menu Minus mini cakes or Diet coke for relatively the same price. You should Make more videos like that with Frank "Wrath" McGrath! My favorite bodybuilder of all times.
Excellent video. Really cool to see the preparation of meals also. Id be interested to see the comparison of some of the powerlifters diet as its geared more towards me vs body builders. Awesome work as always!
Nice to see him prepare it all as well this time! Loving the videos Animal! It's interesting seeing his house as well, definitely not the bachelor pad of those old pictures of him on The Journey. Any possibility of seeing the diets of the powerlifting guys like Dan Green? It would be interesting to see their diets compared to the bodybuilders.
Please come to the FIBO 2015 again! I was missing you guys for real at the 2014 :-) Cool video, it's a bless to go shopping in america and canada. I am not a pro neither than a big bodybuilder, but clean eating for me a week is about 160-180 $ in germany.
Frank is one of my favorite lifters and bodybuilders. Im going to be using him more in my motivation vids that i post. i like to take frank's approach to lifting and i even use some animal supps because of him. If you like Frank and his lifts checkout my channel for future vids!
Watching this I thought to myself "Is Frank from Newfoundland? That doesn't sound like a Jersey accent to me." Lo and behold he is from St. John's, eh b'y.
Frank do you ever add anything to your oats? I usually use the less sugar oatmeal during my off season. Nice touch with the cookies, everyone is human and needs to enjoy a chocolate chip cookie haha.
I wish food was that cheap here in California, even in a bug Ag area everything is way more expensive here. $6 or $7 a pound for chicken and things like that
That knife is so sad. Great video, though. I'm reasonably certain that I couldn't eat that much food in a day. When it comes time to bulk up, I think it's going to be a bit of a struggle for me.
Protein powder isn't included in the cost of the trip to the store, but if he actually does only consume 2 scoops per day then I guess it isn't too big of an oversight.

Thanks again animal.
I really like this guy, his personality and everything. He seems really down to earth.

Real good guy
Dude even cooks like an animal, very simplistic and expendable. Efficiency=Man. No BS.

I really enjoyed the vid. It is always nice to see The Wrath going food shopping and cooking :) Frank's a cool guy.

Frank is the man!!! First Animal athlete I came across!
What a down to earth and likeable guy. No ego or cockiness and very easy to listen to and watch. Refreshing. Keep up the good work sir.
Frank is the man! Be good to have a Q&A vid with him.
This to me is more motivating with my training than any weightlifting vid out there! Animal products rock and so does Animal youtube channel
"this is enough food for a day, for me" :D
I love these episodes ! more of it :)

Really great work! Keep it up, we want the Evan's one also :D
I'm assuming the next video in the series will be called "Thick on a Thousand"?
“Cake is carb, cake is a carb. Remember that” lol

Watching this I thought to myself "Is Frank from Newfoundland? That doesn't sound like a Jersey accent to me." Lo and behold he is from St. John's, eh b'y.
He's from Dunville which is about 100kms from St.John's

OK GUYS!!!Frank McGrath is the Best of Best.
I watched Evan's go at this, and Frank beats what he got by a country mile! Way more food than Evan got.

In 2024 you’d be damn lucky to get more than a week’s worth, maybe as much as two weeks, out of a Franklin. Inflation sucks.

Frank has Cutco knives!!!:D
How many calories is that for the whole day? Seems like a lot, especially with the cookies (that plate had to be 1000 calories right there!)
Great viewing!
I wish food was that cheap here in California, even in a bug Ag area everything is way more expensive here. $6 or $7 a pound for chicken and things like that
This is what Jay Cutler eats in one meal.
Lets live, lets eat cookies and milk......2 secs later, I feel bad for the cookies, lol

It costs 10 dollars per pound chicken in Iceland.
