The original HoMiCiD3 quit in 2010 or so. Last time a saw DANGEROUS was 2012. Last time I saw GOBLIN was 2013, and I don't recognize the last clan you listed.

Online still exists on PC, you just have to downgrade your game.

Console servers are still active since they run on the users client not Rockstar’s. Unfortunately PC servers are shut down.

The turbo thing went extinct on PS3, it's still going on XBOX.
