Do you ever do your makeup with your hair up and it's okay and then you take your hair down and it's LIKE BAAABAAAAAMMMM even better? Because that moment gives me life... Even though most days my hair stays up because I abandon it and focus most on my face.
Same here! Most days I end up with my hair in a ponytail because I run out of time doing my make-up.
I have to strike a pose in the mirror because the hair just adds to the fierce!

So I was assuming for most of the video that you had done your foundation ahead of time because your skin looked KILLER, and then you start doing your foundation routine after your eye make-up and THEN go on to say it has been acting up lately. She said in one of her videos that she's always washed her face morning and night since she was 15, and in other words that sleeping with a dirty face disgusts her. In my experience, when i miss a wash, i can see a HUGE difference in my skin, than when i routinely wash it morning and night. Also, when you keep changing skin care products, your face starts to freak out and get irritated! in her routine videos, she rarely changes her routine, or slightly adjusts it. Hope this info helps. :)

Just throwing this out there--I feel like a lot of people "hate" so to speak on ***** 's more dramatic eye looks, or feel that she uses too much foundation, concealer, bronzer, highlighter etc etc...but there are ways to modify her looks for your own personal taste. Skip certain steps if you're afraid of having "racoon eyes" or if you want a less dramatic look, but I can appreciate her creativity and hard work that she puts into her tutorials. I usually prefer less dramatic looks, so when I watch her videos I mentally skip steps in my head that I personally think would be a little too much makeup for my own personal taste. No need to call her a prostitute or other names. Just plain don't like her? Then don't watch, quietly unsub and leave!

Maybe it's just my skin but I could never rub my cream highlighter all around my nose like that without it all breaking up... same goes for the setting powder under my eyes. I have to pat it on so gently, I could never rub back and forth like this without it all moving and breaking... Am I doing something wrong? Does anyone else have this problem? LOVE this look on you, Jaclyn!!! ♥
Are you putting a good amount of powder on your brush or just barely patting your brush in the powder before applying it. Jw but that could be your problem

Not sure if it'll be this but it could be the concealer you use. I used to use an oil control concealer that would make my foundation crack around my nose area. Once I stopped using it it wouldn't crack.
That's a very soft & not too dense brush & I'm pretty sure she is very lightly sweeping it bc she usually just pats it then sometimes sweeps lightly. Maybe u are being using too much pressure & a brush too dense
Jaclyn, you should ditch the red hair and go back to your natural dark brown hair. I was watching your 2012 videos and you looked so good with that hair colour. It really suited your complexion and eye colour. x
