Perfect as usual! I think that since the second wave of your Morphe favorites palette is about to ship, you should do some more looks from that palette. Please! and thank you for always creating gorgeous, wearable looks!
The look she did in the video can also be done with the Morphe shadows she picked for her favorites palette. Use ES13 as a transition, ES16 to define the crease, ES20 on the lid, and then use those same colors in the same order on the lower lash line. There is a map of what colors are where in the palette on Morphe's website.

First: I can never know the difference between contouring and bronzing. Second: I never know why she says filming the eyebrows is boring. Everything she does is FRICKEN AWESOME! ❤
Kawthar Omar Contouring is just heavier and more intensive than bronzing. It's often done with bronzer, but it can also be done with a cream or powder foundation that's darker than your natural shade. Whereas the aim of contouring is to truly "sculpt" the face, the idea with bronzing is that you're just sweeping some bronzer over certain parts of your face to give it a sun-kissed glow.
Don't mention it! They can be confusing, especially because there are all different kinds of bronzer and contouring products and there's a lot of overlap! I personally love the bronzer that she uses in this video (Hoola, from Benefit) for contouring because it's a matte bronzer, and then I have a more shimmery one that I like to use for bronzing.
People contour with bronzer all the time. It just depends on your skin tone and the shade of the bronzer you're using. It's true a lot of makeup artists use contour palettes or foundations for contouring to achieve a more intense and precise look though.
I swear Jaclyn will always be the only channel I go to for makeup tutorials, she's so creative and makes it so easy to do at home without being a professional. Love ya Jaclyn!

I find it weird when the girls doing make up tutorials skip over the filming of doing their eye brows. I actually don't mind it and prefer to watch it. That maybe weird. I am new to make up so watching how to fill in eye brows over and over again is helpful for me to learn. It actually doesn't bore me at all.

Dude..... I feel ya! Not on the new to makeup, I'm actually a "makeup veteran" but I still live makeup so much that the longer the video the better in my opinion. I love super long "get ready with me" videos and "how to" videos because it's like an obsession just to watch someone else do their makeup. Something about it is just so gratifying, aspecially since I'm too lazy to do my makeup anymore, mostly because I have a 17 month old that I chase around all day, and loads of house work, so I'm just like "fudge makeup, I'm not going anywhere except maybe for a jog, or on a walk with my lil one" but that requires no makeup, and when videos are longer I have an excuse to sit longer (because I tell myself I'm only watching one video, ya right). It's just all out fun to watch, Period! Anywho.... my again for your brows is to watch lots of brow tutorials, and find someone that has similar brows as you do, that way you can do your brows easier, because even watching someone do their brows over and over, if they don't have a similar brow to your brows, then it's still going to take quite a bit of learning what works and what doesn't for your shape and what not. I never used to do my brows so I didn't really care to up until about 2 years ago when I realized that I have none, because in the 90s slim brows were in, so now I'm faced with trying to grow them out and filling them in, and watching someone all wasn't enough because I realized that there's were a completely different shape and fulness. sorry this reply was so long, sometimes I ramble. I think they usually skip it because it takes so long. There's lots of helpful videos about brows without making a regular tutorial 10 extra minutes long
Katey I think her point was that she likes watching people do it every tutorial so she can see it done over and over again just like with eye shadow or contour, and they have seperate contour videos yet they can't put their brows in the video or at least every other video even though there are seperate brow videos? I'm just saying.... I think she wants to see the same person do their brows over and over, because everyone has different shapes and even use different products, and who wants to watch the same exact video over and over? I happen to like a particular persons brows on youtube because they're a lot like mine and since they are, I like to watch them do theirs a lot. :)

I asked her too hope she says it soon. Light warm is suuuper light I think it's the medium -light neutral. I had light neutral but was too light and I have same coloring as Jaclyn and medium -light neutral is working out much better for me. Hope that helps.

i just tried a little variation of this look on my sister and it turned out amazing! for you guys that dont like you makeup to be so dramatic (my sister is like that! it took me yeeears to get her to use brozer) i just took out the inner corner and brow highlight, no falsies. i did changed the lips to red/dark pink lips and it turned out great! thank you so much jaclyn! you are just such a possitive side of my life and i love you

I have so many cute shirts and dresses I want to wear but can't because my bra straps always show and regular strapless bras don't stay up on me. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!
If you go to target they have the sticky boobs bras that are amazing with a lot of thin strapped shirts or strapless ones and they last a while and I believe they're $20 dollars!

e21 xo Some videos are similar but the only thing that actually is the same is that she uses Peach Smoothie by MUG as a transition shade, which isn't the anywhere near the focus of the look. I don't think this is the same at all.

I noticed the same thing and kept rewinding lol The kathleenlights x4 shadows comes with a matte vanilla shade. Jaclyn may have used that.

I find it weird when the girls doing make up tutorials skip over the filming of doing their eye brows. I actually don't mind it and prefer to watch it. That maybe weird. I am new to make up so watching how to fill in eye brows over and over again is helpful for me to learn. It actually doesn't bore me at all.

Dude..... I feel ya! Not on the new to makeup, I'm actually a "makeup veteran" but I still live makeup so much that the longer the video the better in my opinion. I love super long "get ready with me" videos and "how to" videos because it's like an obsession just to watch someone else do their makeup. Something about it is just so gratifying, aspecially since I'm too lazy to do my makeup anymore, mostly because I have a 17 month old that I chase around all day, and loads of house work, so I'm just like "fudge makeup, I'm not going anywhere except maybe for a jog, or on a walk with my lil one" but that requires no makeup, and when videos are longer I have an excuse to sit longer (because I tell myself I'm only watching one video, ya right). It's just all out fun to watch, Period! Anywho.... my again for your brows is to watch lots of brow tutorials, and find someone that has similar brows as you do, that way you can do your brows easier, because even watching someone do their brows over and over, if they don't have a similar brow to your brows, then it's still going to take quite a bit of learning what works and what doesn't for your shape and what not. I never used to do my brows so I didn't really care to up until about 2 years ago when I realized that I have none, because in the 90s slim brows were in, so now I'm faced with trying to grow them out and filling them in, and watching someone all wasn't enough because I realized that there's were a completely different shape and fulness. sorry this reply was so long, sometimes I ramble. I think they usually skip it because it takes so long. There's lots of helpful videos about brows without making a regular tutorial 10 extra minutes long
Katey I think her point was that she likes watching people do it every tutorial so she can see it done over and over again just like with eye shadow or contour, and they have seperate contour videos yet they can't put their brows in the video or at least every other video even though there are seperate brow videos? I'm just saying.... I think she wants to see the same person do their brows over and over, because everyone has different shapes and even use different products, and who wants to watch the same exact video over and over? I happen to like a particular persons brows on youtube because they're a lot like mine and since they are, I like to watch them do theirs a lot. :)
The amount of setting spray blows my mind. I feel like I need to go and spray my face some more. Lol.

I asked her too hope she says it soon. Light warm is suuuper light I think it's the medium -light neutral. I had light neutral but was too light and I have same coloring as Jaclyn and medium -light neutral is working out much better for me. Hope that helps.

i just tried a little variation of this look on my sister and it turned out amazing! for you guys that dont like you makeup to be so dramatic (my sister is like that! it took me yeeears to get her to use brozer) i just took out the inner corner and brow highlight, no falsies. i did changed the lips to red/dark pink lips and it turned out great!

I have so many cute shirts and dresses I want to wear but can't because my bra straps always show and regular strapless bras don't stay up on me. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!
I have always wondered the same thing! She always has amazing sleeveless tops and never a bra strap in sight.
Have you tried strapless bras?
If you go to target they have the sticky boobs bras that are amazing with a lot of thin strapped shirts or strapless ones and they last a while and I believe they're $20 dollars!

e21 xo Some videos are similar but the only thing that actually is the same is that she uses Peach Smoothie by MUG as a transition shade, which isn't the anywhere near the focus of the look. I don't think this is the same at all.

A bit off topic but I wanted to say you're awesome! I never really watched youtube videos, much less post anything on here but I had to show my gratitude for your helpful, cheerful videos. I'm a new mom to twin babies now and I honestly starting feeling like I didn't matter too much. Why bother feeling pretty? There's no time for that...blah blah blah. No way, not anymore! You motivated me to get back to taking time for myself with skin care, make up or whatever. It's so crazy how even minimal make up and fresh skin will make you feel. That positivity radiates.
