Edit: sorry I just meant that when I play I see a lot of killer's using bbq and I thought that since so many killer's use bbq it needs to be nerfed but since im a survivor main I don't think about perks that so many survivors use like adrenaline and dead hard.

@@laundrybasket9163 Unbreakable, Decisive, Adrenaline, Dead Hard, and Sprint Burst are used by 90% of the player base, and I always except one of those perks to be had by a survivor, and you want them to nerf the one killer perk that is overused?...
It's not even OP, it's just the blood points and the info that helps you NOT camp people.
Iron Maiden is also good on Huntress. Counters the locker jukes, reload faster, and get a 1 shot if they get out of the locker near you. Plus it is also a very nice basement perk and Huntress excels in the basement.

I have not played as new bubba or his addons BUUUT I have some “experience”
Playing against him: when he uses both red addons you can’t escape him unless you wast god a god pallet or hid in a locker as he WILL get you as he go’s on for ever and most pallets that are not to safe he can get you

The fact you mentioned bbq needs a nerf is dumb. It’s countered easily when it comes to auras and it’s just extra blood points. Maybe 90% of the player base like going through blood webs faster. Imagine that
I use Leatherface right now...rush leveling him to get BBQ unlocked. This video helped a lot. Also, one thing I love doing is approaching a gen, revving the saw and watching them run, chasing them down and beating them with the hammer. So far, I haven't got the hang of using the saw for it's intended purpose but scaring the hell out of people seems to work ok. Lastly, don't play the survivor's game. Make them play yours.
Buffing many other perks with conditional BP earning instead of nerfing BBQ's seems like a better solution to this non-issue.
Then again this would be more work but these guys are game developers and this would be a simple case of thinking up ideas and simple re-use of existing code functions. I have ideas about going into this field and when presented with an issue like this I would very passionately start brainstorming and putting ideas up to QA.
So yes, give more perks blood point earning potential!
i know tantrums suck, i play cannibal a lot, but i remember exactly 1 time it helped. some survivor tried to dodge my chainsaw by hiding in a locker, and i hit the locker and went into tantrum, then the survivor left the locker and got downed because i was right next to it. i think they literally forgot that tantrums can still down you because it literally never happens.
I have had players jump out of lockers right after I hit the wall, only to get caught in the tantrum. That is so staisfying.

Noooo, half the point of Bubba's Saw is you don't need Enduring/Spirit Fury! Just rev your saw when they approach a pallet. If they drop it, you're already prepared to wipe it out with minimal lost distance. If they don't, start sawing and you'll likely catch them before another pallet/window if you're anywhere near them. Combine that with a way to block windows (Like Bamboozle or the previously mentioned Cruel Limits) and Survivors are suddenly very-limited on options outside of "take a chainsaw to the face."
8:28 If you bump into the locker and go into tantrum if the survivor jumps out they’ll get downed and if they don’t you can open the locker at the end, a lot of people don’t know this and it’s a guaranteed down
Its good to get in the habit of tapping the locker open button and then m1. Really good survivors have the timing down and will try to jump out before you can start the locker opening animation, but if youre already tapping m1 youll grab them. Its super rare this doesnt work and theyll at the very least catch a sledge to the face. Basically, if you have the timing down youve covered all your bases

Well I mained bubba for like 4 months and I used tantrum to get wider hitbox on the chainsaw, and when I can't reach the survivor, that sometimes helped too
In my opinion bubba is now better, but he wasn't the worst before the rework

I think new Pink addons are like a way of making a non stopping chainsaw Bubba wich sounds terrifying
barbecue is an anti tunnelling perk, everyone wants blood points so everyone runs it, and if someone knows the exact location of a survivor they are more likely to leave the hook to get to said survivor. So everyone is given the information about survivors asking them to get away from the hook and chase said survivors

If you really want the most out of Dark Devotion run Nemesis with it. Though why you'd run that with bubba I don't know because let's face it if you are getting stunned or blinded your doing something wrong.

Looping a survivor as Bubba is like threading a needle with a fucking sausage
I don't know saying to nerf bbq and chili cause a huge majority of the community uses it would be like saying they need to nerf decisive and unbreakable cause a huge majority use them. Bbq is an amazing information perk since most survivors are across the map so you'll always see one. If you don't, then you know they could be in the area for the save which is good information to know in of itself. I use to run it all the time, but now I find myself not using as much cause I don't need it as much. It's a great perk that both works for new players getting used to the game and veterans as one of the best, if not the best, information gathering perks. Why check all the gens when you know where they are initially. Also, you get that sweet, sweet bloodpoint bath at the end of the match if you got your tokens so that's always great.

My guy, the two iridescent add-ons work together like nothing you've ever seen! The moment you hit someone with your chainsaw and replenished the charges, you can go across the map with the new ones

I have 300 hours playtime now but im pretty new. I know that every 2 months a new chapter comes, so is there one licensed chapter and after that a non licensed?
Its every 3 months, and the release cadence of licensed chapters isnt consistent enough to know.

I’m shit at using leatherface. His chainsaw take 4000 years to fucking charge so I always fucking miss. Had one game where all 4 survivors were literally running circles around me trolling my ass hard and I’m just swinging the chainsaw around everywhere like a dumbass, not hitting anyone.

BBQs map information isnt even that good, there are much better information perks. BBQ is only used for the extra blood points.
The grind is real and if BBQ got nerfed there would need to be a better way to earn blood points. Unless the nerf you had in mind was nerfing the auras, but that wouldnt change anything. BBQ would still be used.

I just joined a match in dead by daylight claudette messes up generator and Bubba hits me with chainsaw literally first 30 seconds I just left it seems to op especially at low ranks
