How to Make Easy Vegetable Cutlet
Big onion - 1 Cup (Finely chopped)
BEANS - 1/2 Cup (Finely chopped)
Carrot - 1/2 Cup (Finely chopped)
ginger - 11/2 tbs (Finely chopped)
green chillies - 2 - 4 nos
Potato - 4 nos
Refined oil - 11/2 tbs
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Pepper powder- 1/2 - 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Cornflour- 3/4 Cup
Bread crumbs- 2 Cups
Refined oil- ( For Frying )

Lakshmi, with no offense, I would like to request you to please remove your rings while cooking. This is a basic rule taught at culinary classes,mainly to maintain hiegene
cooking സമയത്തു മോതിരം മാറ്റുന്നത് നല്ലതാണ്... പിണങ്ങത്തില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഒരു കാര്യം കൂടെ പറയാം. ഒടുവിൽ ഫുഡ് ടേസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ശബ്ദം ഒഴിവാക്കുക, like, closing the mouth while chewing.
ഈ കാര്യം ഞാനും പലപ്പോഴും ചിന്തിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ലക്ഷ്മി മാം മാത്രമല്ല you ട്യൂബിൽ വീഡിയോ ഇടുന്ന പലരും അങ്ങനെ ആണ്. അതുകൊണ്ട് നമുക്ക് എന്താന്ന് മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് തോന്നാം. എന്നാലും ring ഒന്ന് മാറ്റി വെക്കാം മുടി ഒന്ന് കെട്ടി വെച്ചിട്ട് പോരെ എന്നു മൊക്കെ എനിക്കും തോന്നാറുണ്ട്
