We made this exactly the way u showed in the video , this was the best cutlet ever made and also eaten by us , it was so tasty and we shared with others and they asked us how we made it .... kudos to chef Binoj , especially the maida coating helps the cutlet to not break .....man the cutlet was so tasty ...we are planning another batch soon.....thank u chef....
