All your expertise and wonderful videos on Satisfactory, have led me here. My Factories have gone from “meh”, to “I’m proud of this build!” I will gladly purchase this as soon as it goes on sale.
Not sure if you've found them yet (I mean I would assume you did, but I didn't see them in your locations video... maybe just because they're not as important to progression) but there's at least two (that I've found) abandoned base areas that look to have been connected by monorail at once point. TONS of structural pieces, and hidden in each, a little recording from secret meetings that probably shouldn't have been recorded, hints at lore! One a huge limestone mining operation. Another an extremely tall tower-warehouse for said packaged limestone, with a central elevator that is unfortunately broken. Every piece in these zones can be scanned and taken with you... although if you want to take it all, you might wish to start near the top and work your way down. :P
I'm glad to see the major update, I don't really like crafting the building pieces to place as this causes tons of inventory issues and a pain to manage all the shapes etc. I much prefer opening a building screen and choosing my shapes. the extension of the story entertained me a lot, though, so great job with that! we so need the ability to delete items though OMG please devs let me delete stuff lol my only real issue with the game is I feel were stuck with biomass drills far too long, when we have power I want to stop doing the biomass crap
The one thing I didn’t like this patch was that those monorail deposits in X-ray are kind of pointless. There are no large quantities of anything needed. I think the highest number of items needed was 200
The monorails are likely a test + addition for future research. They are quite redunant at the moment since you cant remotely upgrade terminals but this is probably going to change in the future
ok so I downloaded the update, and I ran into a problem. I can't seem to use the programmable inserters to get my plant matter out of my Threshers. (on the coolant production line) Does anyone else have this problem?
anyone else having save issues since the building update came out no matter what i do now it acts like it saves but never does wndering if anyone else has this issue on the xbox version
techtonica would be a better game if maps were procedurally generated and it had enemies coming at ya. thats something that no other factory sim has done other than factorio. idky its hard for devs to implement this
I feel like that would be better for a different mode bc it will be difficult to fit the current storyline into a procedural map and enemies won’t make sense for the story either.
I think techtonica will possibly do way better then satisfactory mainly cause of terraforming and it looks so good the replay value is def barter cause you have more variety on how to build
Grab Techtonica Here: store.steampowered.com/app/1457320/Techtonica/?
What would you like to see in the next Techtonica Update?
Please keep this going as a series it looks amazing
There are just something about underground bases that I love, and they beauty of this game is going to be for one hell of a ride.

I will definitely have to get back into this game, this update looks amazing!
definitely gonna grab this on the sale
i just downloaded techtonica and i’m about to start my first play through. This makes me even more excited
It looks awesome thank you for sharing. You should continue with this game if you like the game too. 😊
A lets play series would be nice, if there's more content story wise in the new patch (no spoilers) after the 'discovery'?
There is more story but would you want us to show it in the let's play?
Nah don’t spoil the storyline

Looks like it's time to start up a new save and try out the new stuff. The base building update was sorely needed. My old factory looked like crap.
Nice, has been on wish list. Was waiting to see this on sale. Looks like a ghetto Satisfactory with potential. But I didn't think it looked this good.

You may need to deactivate and reactivate tech in your tech tree. Also, plantmatter is further up the tree slightly.
Yey, Base Building, but did they actually add anything to the game, to the story. Or does it still basically just end at the same point.
Looking good!
anyone else having save issues since the building update came out no matter what i do now it acts like it saves but never does wndering if anyone else has this issue on the xbox version
Let's play!
The game looks interesting but I just do not understand why I want to mine ore what is the purpose?
To automate everything - but it all relates to the story that they've developed around it

more more more please.
Bro I just downloaded this game on Xbox and it’s all sorts of confusing as hell
It may be a touch overwhelming at first, just take it slow doing only the immediate objectives then branch out as you grow your factory
GIVE US MOOORRREEE
Full let’s play from start not with bins full of base stuff
