If i Take a photo on the app dose it save to my phone and can i close the app well it is tracking will it stop tracking or keep going? Also keep up the good work.
When you start recording with the app, it will continue until you hit pause and then finish. You don’t actually take photos with the app. Just take photos normally and when you are doing recording your activity, you will have the option to add or not add the photos that were taken during recording.
Question? Will this app remain active from the time I start it to the time I end it? I ask cause I am going on a 8 day journey and wondering if I can start it and end it and have my whole trip tracked ?
According to Relive, it’s only meant to record your activity one day at a time. A buddy of mine tried to leave it going for 2 days in a row and the app messed up with him.
So, why are people saying you'll have to also have to retrieve gpx file from Strava in order to be able to get the maps in the video, now Relive does it all for you or what? this is confusing as you skipped/edited out the important creation parts.
You can choose what aspect you want before you make the video. You may be able to change it after the fact but I have never needed to change any of my videos.
I’ve never tried to add a photo that I didn’t take while recording a trip. I’ve always tried to take photos along the way and they are added to the video when you make it in the app. I do know you can choose which photos you want included.

Can you use this app for turn by turn navigation for discovering routes other people have done.
I would have to look into that. I have never tried to do that myself

If you pause it I've done several days well over 1,000 miles no issues

The app creates the video. I didn’t leave anything out as far as creating a video of my ride
Does the phone have to be on as in the app open, not sleeping?
The phone has to be on but it will run in the background with the phone locked and you can use other apps as well.
