If your talking about the thing that made it open and close it’s called an actuator :)
InfinityDevil more specifically a linear actuator, just controlled by electricity

Hey nice work! can you pretty please share the measurements for all of the bars and drill holes?
The measurements of the bars is on the iPad in the beginning. The link to where we found them is unfortunately dead now. Drill holes for the big feathers are spaced out evenly
