Thank you for this! 🙌
Great video again Twiggs, great to have you back. When I did mine I’m sure I removed the rack through the passenger wheel arch…
Thank you, I’m going to be trying to upload a bit more often 🤞
I did hear from someone else that they got it out through the wheel arch, I didn’t even look or think about that at the time
Good to see you posting content on your channel again. Great how to. 🤙
More to come!
Thanks mate 🤙 👍
Well done pal. The biggest pig can be the metal lines going into the rack. If they are furred up they have a habit of twisting the pipe as you undo them. I turn back in 1/2 a turn for every turn out until they are loosened up.
Yes I had to do that on the rear brake bias valve, I’ve broken pipes in the past because they wouldn’t come out
Hey Twiggs, job well done as always! You helped me with the vacuum pump video, and now it's time for the steering rack. I still have to figure out the red vs green vs black cap and PAS fluid type, since there's quite a heated debate about it. Will probably use Febi 06161 / CHF11S on a long nose 2003 AJT. Cheers!
That was a fun day
At least it wasn’t raining that day 😂
Hello a great video perfect job 👍👍👍greetings from Germany 🇩🇪👋👋👋Kai🙏🍻
Thank you very much 🍻 💪 👍
Nice vid. One thing I would suggest is sacking of the rubber mounts and using polyurethane ones for longevity. My rack needs to new mounts and you guessed it, I won’t be using the rubber ones.
Also what colour/code is that grey? Looks awesome.
Thank youuu!!!
You're welcome!! 🤙
You good bro
All good thanks 👍
Hope it’s the same as a long nose 03
Atta boy! Just a question: How much time does it takes to remove it, about?
It didn’t take that long, I took my time, probably a couple of hours to get it out
This similar on T5 u think ?
hey, what rims are these? from what car? What size ?. Looks realy good ! Regards !
Audi wheels, wrenstravels on instagram, she knows
@@TwiggsT4 I'll check it , thanks ! ;D
Hi Twiggs, how much fluid did you use?
Just under a litre I believe
Thank you 👍
