    Another fiery workout! Thank you for so many high-quality videos, your channel is my favorite about jump rope. I had breathing problems after the covid so I started with 10-15 minute workouts, now I almost easily perform 40-50 minutes of jumps! Thank you Winter! You’re in a great shape as always, such a huge motivation for me ;)

    Two days ago, I couldn’t do heel to toes at all without tripping over my rope and today I did a few of the intervals without a single mistake! Yay!
    Thanks so much for posting this great workouts! Challenging, but well within reach for us beginners. Your workouts helped me lose more than 65 lbs 💜 Keep it up with these longer ones, please!

    Oof. I was a bit nauseous at the end😂😂😂. Used a 5lb for the last round. Whoa!!! 542 calories. Awesome way to start the day.

    I don't know about Australians, but many of my fellow Americans wish that they could burn 300 calories simply by watching this video--but that is not how calories are consumed. In fact, I remember a video by a British bloke who was angry that he had to go to the gym to get in shape. He thought that by simply buying the membership, he would start to become slim and fit. Can you believe that?

      30 sec is a great effort. The slow was is the fast way. Take your time you will get there....

    Have you always been so fit, or were you a slug in your younger days? College athlete? Where and when did you become so involved with fitness? Is your regular daily diet as amazing as your jump rope technique? Please tell me you don't eat Vegamite? That stuff is nasty - ha!

      Hey Ralph I have always loved movement as a child. It has been over the last 10 years that I have ramped up my training intensity and started learning skills like jump rope, handstand and muscle-up. Muscle-up is only the last few years. I don't have a gymnastics background just a passion for challenges. In regards to diet I am always playing around with this. I love to eat healthy food as it just makes my body feel better. Having said that I do still indulge in chocolate and red wine just not everyday. And yes I do eat vegemite but I do prefer promite its sweeter.
