You and me both. I also filmed a friends 2 bed house with garden and that was around the same price. But course you dont get the security you do with condos. Sadly i dont think i will publish the house video. I need to look at the footage again. We will see
There is a way around that. Where you can own villas and the land. But on paper you have a majority share and two lawyer own 33% each that wsy you have tge majority share but the majority share is thai owned.
Yes that is a good point. I know that in Baan Kiang Fah, the smaller condos like the one shown do not. But there is a whole laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers you can use. As well as a water machine selling drinking water at 1 bht a litre. There is also a very good laundrette just round the corner and she washes and irons your cloths very well and at a great price.
The second one definetly has a hotel feel to it. The car park was small as they assume most will walk. Saying that it was only 400 meters from one of the main shopping malls. First one is still my fav
Honestly I rented a scooter and go everywhere on it. This article will help you and number 6 is the closes to a bus there is in Hua hin. There is also a coach station and train station taking people to and from Bangkok, pattaya etc. I hope that helps
I think k I know what you mean. Truth be told I took a friend with me who has a property business in huahin. And 90% of the footage I got was of the backs of both there heads as they were talking to each other. I did learn from this not to take a third party and to have structured questions to ask instead
Thanks for showing these condos in Hua Hin. Hua Hin is very high on my list of places I would like to retire to.

@@HitTheRoadMediaYes always options but I prefer not to line the pockets of lawyers!!!
Please note whether there is a washing machine or hook-up????????

How far is it from town from here or can you get a baht bus how much would the rent be on the second condo ?
To get the baht bus, I think you have to walk 10 minutes. This includes a short cut across the railway tracks
Sorry wait a minute the second condo is right in the centre of town and right on the road od the baht bus and next yo a big shopping mall
looks like hotel with all extra benefits, definitely worth it

Lovely condo
Yes the first one is my favourate one
I couldn't live in 30sm and the price is high
Check out condo 88 50sm and about 65k us
30sqm is perfect for me. Easy and low maintained living. But looking at the maths. I can see your point for the extra space
What is public transportation like
Honestly I rented a scooter and go everywhere on it. This article will help you and number 6 is the closes to a bus there is in Hua hin.

Shoe box apartments and we spot IKEA furniture again
Most of these apartments measure around 30 Square meters. And each block is generally decorated with the same base furniture. Yes,
Bit awkward how how (and why) you spoke to the young girl

Oh youre talking about Sue, I met her boyfriend and her in the lift, I didn't get her name first time round
Absolutely, more listening and respect for the women with the information rather than your own voice and your opinion on everything would be nice!
Pigeonhole condos. Not worth the money.
I did hear that if you buy in Thailand you buy for life as the property market has stayed roughly at the same price for over a decade
