Even a decade later, I still come back to this last episode once in a while because even with how edgy and dated the art is, there's some really fun creative stuff in here that may have subconsciously stuck with me. The weapons specifically. Though I can figure out some of the clear references they're from with Kary 08 and Xero having Helsing Ultimate or Devil May Cry powers, they're very impressionable. Like Omega's time-stopping, ricochetting rifle and hazard guns-turned-gun gauntlets or Xero's double knife energy bow and the ridiculously long garotte wires. Or even just the whole video-gamey "kill more to unlock more weapons" traits. It's stupid but genuine in how much effort is put into just making cool attacks and fights happen and how little everything else matters on that front. It's truly inspirational.
