Q: Why do Automatons have wheels? A: Because it's different and separates them from the madness kind, also they look weird with legs. Q: Why does the Automaton bleed like humans? A: They don't? And I fixed the Automaton's Agent blood to be noticeably pinker later on (that's my b) Q: Name of the organization? A: I couldn't answer this because I wasn't confident in the name. But right now its the AOR (Agency of Retribution) Q: Are you gonna make a part 2 / Continue the story? A: Not to be rude but yea no shit I started the story i'm gonna continue it. Q: Where 1 & 2 A: Idk I was hired after those events happened. Q: Is that a MERC? A: No, they are Resistance members, mixed with the old agency as well (when I started this project I went with that outfit because I wasn't thinking about it at the start). If I ignore your questions, that means the animation has the answers and you just need to think about it, that or I slept on it, one or the other. I hope this clears up the confusion, most of these mistakes are not your fault, I am responsible for some parts being unclear, and I'm under no delusions that people will pay attention to everything ( I do this too). It's just gotten ridiculous the number of people asking these specific questions.
Sorry if this looks ignorant but I am craving Kane and lynch content and I really wanna see what you can do in madness with Kane and lynch 2s gameplay style. (Without the buggy Jank)
I know I am 6 months late but what I find unique in this story is that you get to see through both renegades and AOR sides. That it tells us even though they see each others there as enemies, they still have some humanity in each of them.
Non invicible prota, getting injured and sometimes beat down. Actual MERCY ?! Humor (Horny Deimos got me hard) and feeling (Robot girl are girls too). Really nice animation improvement in all the video. You sir put your soul inside that project and deserve a better viewership
Yea, all this small emotive/reactions really adds a difference in madness combat, it's more fun and will gain interest in watching this video. It will be time consuming. However, the final result of the video will be no effort wasted.
8:18 i like that the janitor automaton didn't care about the carnage and continue doing her job and oscar waving at her for doing her job and probably a sorry since they're making her job harder
I really do like how side characters aren’t just killed on instantly for shock value. You also show struggles of the survivors in the sewer, and have emotion to them.
Madness animations with an actual engaging story are the ones that get me stoked for the next one instead of meaningless slaughtering. Good job on this animation.
I actually like a lot of how there's some enemies that don't seem to be like mindless drones. Some just outright not wanting to figth out after seeing how their enemy's just destroyed everyone in the base. It gives them a more realistic feeling in my opinion.

Waifues on wheels? Perfect combination. This isn't the greatest when comes to animation, but this is the best action I've seen in years. The clip with the cell is definitely one of the highlights.8.4/10

I love when madcom animations show that the characters actually have personally. Deimos has his headset around his neck, some agents have their glasses up. Stuff like that. Great animation dude.

Automatons seem like an intresting concept which I'm really fascinated about and kinda want to know more about their origin and also want to know, what do you plan to do next? It's very amazing! I'm surprised that a person who has done only tests in his career can make a very solid film. Many scenes are good, dialogues are pretty normal BUT (!!!!) I can't hide the fact that "Robots on Wheels" stands out from the Madness style very much. Especially their anime faces. (It's not so bad, it's just... VERY stands out) I hope we saw more of this stuff from you, because this is a very good start :)

I want to say this; but this project you've worked on is now one of my FAVORITES. I can't really explain too much how much I love so much about it. You've outdone yourself Mr. Treegerd, you deserve a long rest after this.
What I love about this, is the characters has personality and feels alive in your animation. And it took 4 years to finish this? Now that's dedication! Props to you mate.👏
while it lacks in a sense of natural movement, this project has prooven that it doesnt need that with how neat the actual animation and the idea behind is, and the worldbuilding actually managed to get me hooked. aside from a few nitpicks i'd say this is a really damn good animation and you should be proud of it regardless
And so, after watching this animation twice, after a long break, I declare that this is one of the best, if not the best, plots and animations in the Madness. I especially liked the way everyone behaves like a human being, for example, mercy from the main character and feelings. Great job! I am amazed at what here for example at 9:19 you can see the corpses of 3 agents who killed a person in glasses and at 9:06 you can hear the sounds of gunshots outside the door

I'm usually not leaving a comment on Madness animations, but for this one, I want to Everything in this animation stands out from any MC animations. The characters actually have humanity in them, they show feelings and mercy which are normally not shown in MC animations Both the protagonists and enemies used tactics, not just run into gunfire with a tool hammer like a madman and relying on their allies than being a lone wolf in a fight Characters used more guns than melees and I really like the way you made the gunplay here, they didn't do the epic gunfight like floating in the air while shooting, just shooting like normal people The references and jokes are great too! I love how some of the AOR soldiers just pulled out the weapons from HL2 Also, can we get a backstory of the characters and factions? Like, why there's a resistance moment against the AOR, what has the AOR done, why some citizens afraid of the Automatons And in 4:11 where the agent hugs the Automaton and 16:18 both agents hugging each other is very heartwarming. Especially the one in 16:18, do you have any plans for them? Because I really want to see their growing relationship after they survived the raid and outbreak. If not, it's ok This animation is so underrated, it's the best Madness animation I've seen this year so far. I wish more people come across this hard work of yours! 4 years of development really paid off
I will drop hints of their history later on the AOR and the Resistance (I'm actually happy you used these terms), but right now you have to be content with the hints within the animation first. As for the agents at 16:18, I won't be doing much about that, but I am planning to have reoccuring "O wasn't that the agent that survived/saw before?" type of characters sprinkled around to make it feel like the characters are a part of the world and not forgotten, these are just for those people with sharp eyes.

ngl really liked how "human" everyone behaves. Like how the guy with the armored mask in 8:30 tries to save his life while the machine gunner, blinded by the axe, decides to retreat guided by the automaton
I love that you added a new enemy type, Zealots, having their own personality where at times to surrender or scared at the Leaper or mimic. Having small interactions, chat boxes. It's great. Love your animation and keep it up.
In addition to the fact that this is a large-scale work that deserves respect, I want to add that it's nice to see how the animation quality increases with each scene.

that was...awesome! i like how aahw here portayed as not mindless dummies that trying kill thems self with main character , but actual people like you can see some of them beeing scared , some of them beeing inexperienced like those medic rehubs, some of them surendering , that was awesome.

While the animation is a bit rough at parts, I believe the worldbuilding, details, and set pieces more than make up for it. Like how you can hear the hissing of the masks being breached at 4:17. And how some armor pieces actually stop some bullet impacts. I also thoroughly enjoyed the use of GFL's music.
Man this was so amazing to watch! Like in each scene you made sure that each characters had a distinct personality. And you somehow made the madness and automaton characters blend seemlessly. And the combat was just a joy to watch! Keep up the good work!

Alright time for the theories, since there is actually a few info about the lore that has been hinted in other videos aside from Project Liberator V3. For instance, Arthur, Treegerd8 and Creator. Let's start off with a general introduction into the universe. We were given viewing access into this world thanks to Treegerd8(also known as Zhol, I'll go into detail with them later). At the time when Treegerd8 was positioned as the Observer for this world, presumably project Liberator v1 and v2 has already occurred. They themselves are unsure of what had exactly had transpired beforehand. The unique part of this world as observed by Treegerd8 is that this world has no protagonist and is in false peace. What do I mean by "no protagonist"? Well for instance, most would recognize the madness world as "somewhere in Nevada", however in this world it is yet to be confirmed because Hank(yes from Krinkels) does not exist in this world as confirmed by the Creator(Who? I'll also talk into detail about them later). For now, all that we know of this world is that it is set in an alternate universe where the events of Madness Combat presumably never occurred(Somehow the sky is still red, not much is to know whether it was caused by something else or was it always like that). In this AU(Alternate Universe), the only faction that exists as the encompassing government is the AOR(Agency of Retribution). However in prior events, the Resistance rose to fight against the AOR. Who are these factions? Truthfully, I don't know much about them. But what I do think is that the Resistance had appeared after Project Ironwall(What is it? Not much is known but I'll let you know what I know). Okay, that's it for the general introduction for the universe, Time to talk about the factions in detail: The AOR(Agency Of Retribution): -Acts as an encompassing government -Can be seen accompanying in a city -Members included(agents, automatons and nova units) -Seems to acquire supplies from Elias and Clee(they might have other sources of weaponry) The Resistance(also known as the Renegades by the AOR) -Appeared sometime after Project Ironwall(Speculated Theory) -started as a small social group by Yan -Founding members are Yan, Nanna and Oscar -Not much else is known at the moment Yeah tbh, I didn't have much to talk about the factions, but what I do have a lot of is about the characters!. Let's work our way from the outside. Creator: -First seen in [The Origin of Arthur and Treegerd8] -Persuaded Zhol into becoming an Observer for this world -Mysterious and their room had warning signs to not be near them Treegerd8: -First seen in [The Origin of Arthur and Treegerd8] -Continued appearance [Happy existance day to…, Mysterious Probably Consistent Tests, Madness Duel: Arthur Vs Zhol, Background appearance in Project Liberator v3] -True name is Zhol, the name Treegerd8 originated as a nickname from the Creator -Was recently promoted as Prime Observer -Desperate for a job to the point of being persuaded by the Creator -Can be seen as mysterious and scary as seen in [The Origin of Arthur and Treegerd8] where they threatened Arthur because he did not put anything as part of the trade-off.(Funnily enough, Arthur managed to send in a contract that isn't seemed illegal] -After providing Arthur his immortality so he could test indefinitely, forced him to post all of his future tests onto their channel. Additionally, he also needs to test on objects provided by Treegerd8. -His appearance in Project Liberator v3 is not deliberately stated but could be deduced from the text description of the video and also the voices in Oscar's head and the markings on the wall Excerpt: Anomaly detected, Illegal contract detected. Whatever they...He wants, he wants it desperately. A world with no protagonist, false peace. Just what did you throw me into creator? Still... I must observe them, they're interesting... Arthur: -A Madness-kind AOR agent -Was the first in contact with Treegerd8 -Somehow managed to make a contract with the Prime Observer -A tester of a myriad of weaponry -He also sometimes have Nova Rioters and Nova Engineers working alongside him. -In Project Liberator v3, His poster could be seen at 10:50, Apparently he is missing from the AOR. Creator has mentioned that he plans to bring back Arthur first before continuing the story -Hates the anime characters that comes to tests with him -Has and will attempt to kill any Anime Characters aside from a panda?? -The source of his weapons are either from the AOR, Treegerd8 or a mysterious benefactor?? Oscar: -also known as the Leaper -a fugitive known by the AOR, marked to be shot on sight -Is a founding member of the Resistance -Took part of operation "gutter" to retrieve yan?? From the facility -Assumed to have made a "devil's contract" with the Prime Observer -said contract was an illegal contract(what signifies an illegal contract? Not sure yet) -It can be assumed that the powers that are used by Oscar can be attributed by the contract. -Seems to have been in love with Yan?? As he was willing to die for them. -Status- Presumed dead Yan??: -an Automaton formerly known as Yan -somehow was involved in an incident that resulted in her capture. -was experimented on and became an Experimental Automaton -Has both critical components installed (stated by 2BDamned) -Based on self deduction, Yan never met Elias and Clee before the events of Project Liberator v3. As can be seen that both Elias and Clee expresses that they did not know the name "Yan" referred to them -Provides fluctuations similar to a madness-kind -Slight immunity to the toxic gas??(turns madness-kind into cells and deactivates automatons) -Status: alive, escaped the facility where they were captured Nanna: -an Automaton -is a founding member of the Resistance -Status: unknown -Posters similar to Nanna could be seen across Project Liberator v3(Unknown whether they actually are posters of Nanna or are just posters of AOR automatons Boss: -Seems to be the current leader of the Resistance -Has much respect among the Resistance -Is in contact with 2BDamned, Deimos and Sanford. Mimic: -An undercover agent that turned traitor to the AOR -Helped Oscar reach Yan?? -Last seen "dealing with Virgil" Virgil: -data-not-found Admin Researcher: -Seemingly helping the resistance(specifically Oscar) -Because their dialogue also consisted of "Hurry Up" when it seemed like they were delaying the scrapping process for Yan?? Clee: -A prominent weapons supplier to the AOR, as can be seen on a poster during Project Liberator v3 6:30 -DO NOT HARM -However was in contact with the Leaper -Oscar had provided support to Clee before they became a big weapons supplier -Seemingly is a silent partner to the Resistance Elias: -A prominent weapons supplier to the AOR, as can be seen on a poster during Project Liberator v3 4:47 -DO NOT HARM -Seemingly is a silent partner to the Resistance Automatons: -In general it can be seen that any automatons that do not have yellow electrolytes have feelings and can be scared off from fighting -For those with yellow electrolytes, it can be noted that they will always fight to the death similar to Nova units with yellow blood -Additionally, they are given various nicknames ranging from "dolls", "parasites" to "things" -Not much is known about them aside from the fact they are quite involved with project Ironwall -Perhaps they first originated from there, it's not a long stretch to say the AOR may have been the origin of the Automatons -They are various different automatons, from those working in the AOR and those who are just living in the city -Is hinted by the creator to have more hidden lore that makes them more dangerous than they are initially seemed as Alright I'm tired, I'll continue whether I like it or not. Yan: - Not immune to the gas, but the gas diluted because the gas spread around the sewers so theres less quantity in the area (sorry if it doesnt makes sense), making it less likely to infect. Boss: - Is actually Leaper/Oscar Mimic: - Real name Hector Admin Researcher: - is actually Virgil Automatons: - All Automatons have Yellow Electrolyte liquid, it doesn't necessarily dictate who has feelings or not. - AOR is not the origin of the Automaton, and the Madness kind did not make them. If there is a thoery not corrected or talked more upon, either its correct or wrong but can't tell you why... ANYWAYS Good job, you got most basics and some niche info in! @@treegerd8941 quick question, does that mean the character that Yan interacts with near the end of the video such as 17:16, is actually Hector? I assumed it was a different character named Boss or something like that because he had a lack of injuries comparing from Mimic. However, you confirmed that Mimic's true name is Hector and we can see that when the "boss" talks to Yan, He has the id of "H" which i assume is short for Hector. I assume this is the case and that Hector somehow managed to "deal with Virgil" and escape from the facility into the sewers and wait for Yan. Though if that is the case, How did Hector heal from his injuries that fast? Iirc, he had another wound near his bottom abdomen but his face wound was seen to have been stitched. For a moment there when you mentioned that "Boss" was actually Oscar/Leaper. I had a time travel theory in my head, Where the future Oscar/Leaper leaped back into time to have a shot at saving Yan. Hence why he had prepared items for her in advance. Also why he would have the designation "Leaper" or also known by the AOR, Subject "Proselytized", because it would reference him "leaping" through time and space. If that was the case, then i can see why it was an "illegal" contract. He may have created a contract with a future "Prime Observer" which is the reason why the current Observer, Zhol would see it as an Illegal Contract because it was not made with the current them. Btw if all that I said in the second paragraph is nonsense and it should because it came from me ranting then just ignore it ig?
Ooooh there is misunderstanding , I thought you referred the boss as a mysterious figure or somethin, the leader of the resistance was Oscar. And the presumed boss is hector , he has washed and stitched his wounds and wore back the resistance coat, although he didn’t necessarily healed back his wounds fast, it’s just closed up. People call him boss, cause well, he goes way back with oscar BTW proselytize means converting ones religion to another, so you know why he was called that.
Death count for Liberator v3: For the sake of detail, I'll also include any possible agents/automatons that may have survived/escaped. Additionally for simplicity, here are some of the assumptions I've made for the characters(their names, blood color). Also I've noticed that the creator mentioned that the automatons don't bleed, so I'm assuming the liquid that pops out are similar to electrolytes(liquid that can conduct electricity easier). Apparently for the automatons wearing black sunglasses(they have pink color for their electrolytes) and for the zealots(it's yellow). Obviously since the creator was creative enough to have different equipment for the characters, I will be assuming a lot of things. I will also note down possible cause of death. Corrections to your assumptions (great work btw): 1. Its Nova Agents, act more like scientist, researchers and upper command. 2. This is correct, but they also go by EOU Engineer Mk II, or Nova Engineer as its simplier 3. Nova gas-masked are referred as CEUs (Cell Eradication Units), referred here 14:00 , also they are wearing hazmat suits, note the air hissing out of their suits when they die. 4. 2:28 8:22 10:41 are Nova Rioters, The armored common soldiers are called Nova Raiders (there is 5 Variants of Raiders) 5. 8:25 10:04 10:56 are Nova Guardians (the shoulder armor, yellow strips and yellow armored shoe) 6. I'm more impressed that the autos act more human than the men. We got soldat as elite, nurse/scientist(white uniform), agent. The body language helps alot based on their roles and skills

Wait now I remember, you made those funny "test" videos, I didn't know you were making a movie. anyways, I REALLY like it. in fact it was one of the most interesting MC videos that I ever watched. However, there is a couple questions I want to ask. 1. The Automatons. They are a interesting part of this video, as they stand out a bit more than the standard grunt. they appear to be an android or cyborg as they can bleed and somewhat express emotion (ex: the one who was afraid and the one who was happy when they escaped the cells.) They have wheels in replacement of feet or legs (which makes sense, legs are hard to animate and are weird.) and all Automatons are female...(you know what that attracts) However, I think they are a unique figure in your videos and makes yours stand out. (It be cool if you release the sprites but I understand if you don't... because... well you know.) Although you mention them as a Parasite... I'm wondering why you say that... they don't seem to do anything harmful as they are as killable as grunts and they don't require food (as they charge up on energy) They are different and that can induce fear, and I could see why the "citizens" would call them parasites. 2. the cells. I recognize these ugly assholes as I saw "Madness: Cellfication." they were a extremely advanced zombie stage and killed every oc that appeared in the video. I like to see how you still made them as dangerous as cellfication but still weren't invincible. (bc cellfication spammed too many cell mags) how do people get infected with the gas? I never saw that in the cellfication video. 3. Agency? organization? The main enemy of the group goes by a unknown name. you said they aren't the AAHW or Nexus Core. so who are they? they seem to be some kind of government, as they can be seen in regular streets. so some kind of tyrannical government? 4. Alternate universe? You said this was a branch of the main timeline, and due to the little knowledge of the original MC ark, you made your own story. however, Sanford, Deimos, 2b, and Hank exist. (since you used an anti-Hank propaganda poster, I assume he exists.) so this could be just another organization like Nexus, except somewhat secluded and doesn't interact with the rest of Nevada. Further proving my statement, the Sun is still dead as it was killed by Hank, and so the Original Ark MUST have happened at some point. 5. Oscar. Oscar is no normal grunt. he seems to have been gifted similar powers as Hank. (the gods of Madness combat don't allow him to die. and revive him when he does.) As he was about to die to a Soldat, some outside force activated supernatural powers that allowed him to butcher dozens of enemies. Another factor is that his powers come from Purgatory (Watch Madness Combat 11) As after he activated his powers, his blood turned black. Tricky and his minions also bled black. So it would be likely his powers somewhat come from that place. Anyway, thats all, I LOVED this video and wish to see you complete the next episodes, if you could answer some of my questions, that will help me a lot to better understand your future videos.
I'm actually going to speak as the creator instead of the treegerd character: 1. This is the first episode, later on you'll realize what I mean by parasites. There is a keyword dropped in the story right now and thats all I can say. 2. Yes its a reference to cellification if the music usage wasn't obvious enough, but the infection is different, the gas going around the sewers is what causes the infection. To Automatons it is a paralysis weapon, To the Madness kind, well its an unfortunate chemical reaction. 3. Answered in my FAQ. But the AOR is the ONLY agency in this Nevada, in fact its the all encompassing government. 4. This one is hard to explain without actually showing you what I have planned. Yes its an alternative universe, but a hint of butterfly effect and change of ruler. Yea its hard without showing you why, so please be content with this answer haha. Also the Hank poster was a complete oversight, he was not meant to exist, I think I was placing random poster and completely forgot about this one. I actually must thank you, I realized this point is why everyone thought he existed when he wasnt supposed to. Again, huge oversight :/ The character I'm playing, Treegerd8 the Prime Observer, he is a recent hire, sp he is ignorant of the madness lore so he doesn't know who Hank is so thats that. 5. I don't understand this question, if your saying he is possessed by tricky, i'll just say: No he isnt. 6. For the 10:50 thing, thats just the Wraith showing its disguise power to make the enemies (In this case, Oscar) think that it is lesser than what they actually are.

This is an alternate universe. The only faction that exists are either the AOR(Agency of Retribution) or the Resistance(Their members have similar equipment to MERCS).
Such a creative history and with nice aggregates like automatons, nice transitions between scenes, diversity of agents and styles of combat and like the other ppl said, the humanity in each character is well detailed, I am do exited for the continuation and also feel sad bcz that gonna take his time, but anyways that hard work gonna be well paid

This project has been eating away my life for 4 years. Starting the project in my high school years and now out of it.
I owe this project a lot because it let me do scenes that I wished I could do in animation and it did take me out of comfort zone with the story and animation (It's my first story and i'm not a good story writer). I love and hate this animation, I'm not doing anything this length ever again.

I know I am 6 months late but what I find unique in this story is that you get to see through both renegades and AOR sides. That it tells us even though they see each others there as enemies, they still have some humanity in each of them.
Non invicible prota, getting injured and sometimes beat down. Actual MERCY ?! Humor (Horny Deimos got me hard) and feeling (Robot girl are girls too). Really nice animation improvement in all the video. You sir put your soul inside that project and deserve a better viewership

I really do like how side characters aren’t just killed on instantly for shock value. You also show struggles of the survivors in the sewer, and have emotion to them.
Madness animations with an actual engaging story are the ones that get me stoked for the next one instead of meaningless slaughtering. Good job on this animation.
I actually like a lot of how there's some enemies that don't seem to be like mindless drones. Some just outright not wanting to figth out after seeing how their enemy's just destroyed everyone in the base. It gives them a more realistic feeling in my opinion.

It's very amazing! I'm surprised that a person who has done only tests in his career can make a very solid film. Many scenes are good, dialogues are pretty normal BUT (!!!!)
I can't hide the fact that "Robots on Wheels" stands out from the Madness style very much. Especially their anime faces. (It's not so bad, it's just... VERY stands out)

while it lacks in a sense of natural movement, this project has prooven that it doesnt need that with how neat the actual animation and the idea behind is, and the worldbuilding actually managed to get me hooked.

Everything in this animation stands out from any MC animations. The characters actually have humanity in them, they show feelings and mercy which are normally not shown in MC animations
Both the protagonists and enemies used tactics, not just run into gunfire with a tool hammer like a madman and relying on their allies than being a lone wolf in a fight
Characters used more guns than melees and I really like the way you made the gunplay here, they didn't do the epic gunfight like floating in the air while shooting, just shooting like normal people
The references and jokes are great too! I love how some of the AOR soldiers just pulled out the weapons from HL2
Also, can we get a backstory of the characters and factions? Like, why there's a resistance moment against the AOR, what has the AOR done, why some citizens afraid of the Automatons
And in 4:11 where the agent hugs the Automaton and 16:18 both agents hugging each other is very heartwarming. Especially the one in 16:18, do you have any plans for them? Because I really want to see their growing relationship after they survived the raid and outbreak. If not, it's ok
This animation is so underrated, it's the best Madness animation I've seen this year so far. I wish more people come across this hard work of yours! 4 years of development really paid off
I will drop hints of their history later on the AOR and the Resistance (I'm actually happy you used these terms), but right now you have to be content with the hints within the animation first.
As for the agents at 16:18, I won't be doing much about that, but I am planning to have reoccuring "O wasn't that the agent that survived/saw before?" type of characters sprinkled around to make it feel like the characters are a part of the world and not forgotten, these are just for those people with sharp eyes.

I love that you added a new enemy type, Zealots, having their own personality where at times to surrender or scared at the Leaper or mimic. Having small interactions, chat boxes. It's great. Love your animation and keep it up.
I abosuletely loved the half life weapons and references. This is also one of the best Madness Combat animations i have ever seen.

While the animation is a bit rough at parts, I believe the worldbuilding, details, and set pieces more than make up for it.
Like how you can hear the hissing of the masks being breached at 4:17.
And how some armor pieces actually stop some bullet impacts.

Alright time for the theories, since there is actually a few info about the lore that has been hinted in other videos aside from Project Liberator V3. For instance, Arthur, Treegerd8 and Creator.
Let's start off with a general introduction into the universe. We were given viewing access into this world thanks to Treegerd8(also known as Zhol, I'll go into detail with them later). At the time when Treegerd8 was positioned as the Observer for this world, presumably project Liberator v1 and v2 has already occurred. They themselves are unsure of what had exactly had transpired beforehand. The unique part of this world as observed by Treegerd8 is that this world has no protagonist and is in false peace. What do I mean by "no protagonist"? Well for instance, most would recognize the madness world as "somewhere in Nevada", however in this world it is yet to be confirmed because Hank(yes from Krinkels) does not exist in this world as confirmed by the Creator(Who? I'll also talk into detail about them later). For now, all that we know of this world is that it is set in an alternate universe where the events of Madness Combat presumably never occurred(Somehow the sky is still red, not much is to know whether it was caused by something else or was it always like that). In this AU(Alternate Universe), the only faction that exists as the encompassing government is the AOR(Agency of Retribution). However in prior events, the Resistance rose to fight against the AOR. Who are these factions? Truthfully, I don't know much about them. But what I do think is that the Resistance had appeared after Project Ironwall(What is it? Not much is known but I'll let you know what I know).
Okay, that's it for the general introduction for the universe, Time to talk about the factions in detail:
The AOR(Agency Of Retribution):
-Acts as an encompassing government
-Can be seen accompanying in a city
-Members included(agents, automatons and nova units)
-Seems to acquire supplies from Elias and Clee(they might have other sources of weaponry)
The Resistance(also known as the Renegades by the AOR)
-Appeared sometime after Project Ironwall(Speculated Theory)
-started as a small social group by Yan
-Founding members are Yan, Nanna and Oscar
-Not much else is known at the moment
Yeah tbh, I didn't have much to talk about the factions, but what I do have a lot of is about the characters!. Let's work our way from the outside.
Creator:
-First seen in [The Origin of Arthur and Treegerd8]
-Persuaded Zhol into becoming an Observer for this world
-Mysterious and their room had warning signs to not be near them
Treegerd8:
-First seen in [The Origin of Arthur and Treegerd8]
-Continued appearance [Happy existance day to…, Mysterious Probably Consistent Tests, Madness Duel: Arthur Vs Zhol, Background appearance in Project Liberator v3]
-True name is Zhol, the name Treegerd8 originated as a nickname from the Creator
-Was recently promoted as Prime Observer
-Desperate for a job to the point of being persuaded by the Creator
-Can be seen as mysterious and scary as seen in [The Origin of Arthur and Treegerd8] where they threatened Arthur because he did not put anything as part of the trade-off.(Funnily enough, Arthur managed to send in a contract that isn't seemed illegal]
-After providing Arthur his immortality so he could test indefinitely, forced him to post all of his future tests onto their channel. Additionally, he also needs to test on objects provided by Treegerd8.
-His appearance in Project Liberator v3 is not deliberately stated but could be deduced from the text description of the video and also the voices in Oscar's head and the markings on the wall

-Additionally, they are given various nicknames ranging from "dolls", "parasites" to "things"
-Not much is known about them aside from the fact they are quite involved with project Ironwall
-Perhaps they first originated from there, it's not a long stretch to say the AOR may have been the origin of the Automatons
-They are various different automatons, from those working in the AOR and those who are just living in the city
-Is hinted by the creator to have more hidden lore that makes them more dangerous than they are initially seemed as

@@treegerd8941 quick question, does that mean the character that Yan interacts with near the end of the video such as 17:16, is actually Hector? I assumed it was a different character named Boss or something like that because he had a lack of injuries comparing from Mimic. However, you confirmed that Mimic's true name is Hector and we can see that when the "boss" talks to Yan, He has the id of "H" which i assume is short for Hector. I assume this is the case and that Hector somehow managed to "deal with Virgil" and escape from the facility into the sewers and wait for Yan. Though if that is the case, How did Hector heal from his injuries that fast? Iirc, he had another wound near his bottom abdomen but his face wound was seen to have been stitched.
For a moment there when you mentioned that "Boss" was actually Oscar/Leaper. I had a time travel theory in my head, Where the future Oscar/Leaper leaped back into time to have a shot at saving Yan. Hence why he had prepared items for her in advance. Also why he would have the designation "Leaper" or also known by the AOR, Subject "Proselytized", because it would reference him "leaping" through time and space. If that was the case, then i can see why it was an "illegal" contract. He may have created a contract with a future "Prime Observer" which is the reason why the current Observer, Zhol would see it as an Illegal Contract because it was not made with the current them.
Btw if all that I said in the second paragraph is nonsense and it should because it came from me ranting then just ignore it ig?
Ooooh there is misunderstanding , I thought you referred the boss as a mysterious figure or somethin, the leader of the resistance was Oscar.
And the presumed boss is hector , he has washed and stitched his wounds and wore back the resistance coat, although he didn’t necessarily healed back his wounds fast, it’s just closed up.
People call him boss, cause well, he goes way back with oscar
BTW proselytize means converting ones religion to another, so you know why he was called that.

All that's roughly all the death counts in the Liberator V3 video. If there are any mistakes I made, please compile them into a single message so I can correct them easier. Also I plan to make a comment stating my theories on Liberator V3 lore. Anyways I'm tired from writing this.
Corrections to your assumptions (great work btw):
1. Its Nova Agents, act more like scientist, researchers and upper command.
2. This is correct, but they also go by EOU Engineer Mk II, or Nova Engineer as its simplier
3. Nova gas-masked are referred as CEUs (Cell Eradication Units), referred here 14:00 , also they are wearing hazmat suits, note the air hissing out of their suits when they die.
4. 2:28 8:22 10:41 are Nova Rioters, The armored common soldiers are called Nova Raiders (there is 5 Variants of Raiders)
5. 8:25 10:04 10:56 are Nova Guardians (the shoulder armor, yellow strips and yellow armored shoe)
6. Those are Nova Wraiths, basically the better Soldats
7. Any Automaton with the similar outfit (except for Zealots) have the same title: so the Nova Agent and CEU title still applies to the Automaton variant.
8. 4:20 is not a Nova Zealot as its the same outfit as the CEU
9. Not sure what Gas mask variant you saw, but the Red-Pink electrolytes Automaton are the Nova Agent Variant
10. 0:47 8:27 Should probably point out that these are Nova Zealots, the Common soldiers are the Automaton variant of the Nova Raider
11. Yan is the name of the rescued Automaton by Oscar/Leaper

They are robots and a parasite to the creators world, sadly I can’t get rid of them.

I love how despite the Automatons are completely different from grunt-kind, they also showcase a lot of new perspectives that aren’t possible with normal madness. Wait now I remember, you made those funny "test" videos, I didn't know you were making a movie. anyways, I REALLY like it. in fact it was one of the most interesting MC videos that I ever watched. However, there is a couple questions I want to ask.
1. The Automatons.
They are a interesting part of this video, as they stand out a bit more than the standard grunt. they appear to be an android or cyborg as they can bleed and somewhat express emotion (ex: the one who was afraid and the one who was happy when they escaped the cells.) They have wheels in replacement of feet or legs (which makes sense, legs are hard to animate and are weird.) and all Automatons are female...(you know what that attracts) However, I think they are a unique figure in your videos and makes yours stand out. (It be cool if you release the sprites but I understand if you don't... because... well you know.) Although you mention them as a Parasite... I'm wondering why you say that... they don't seem to do anything harmful as they are as killable as grunts and they don't require food (as they charge up on energy) They are different and that can induce fear, and I could see why the "citizens" would call them parasites.
2. the cells.
I recognize these ugly assholes as I saw "Madness: Cellfication." they were a extremely advanced zombie stage and killed every oc that appeared in the video. I like to see how you still made them as dangerous as cellfication but still weren't invincible. (bc cellfication spammed too many cell mags) how do people get infected with the gas? I never saw that in the cellfication video.
3. Agency? organization?
The main enemy of the group goes by a unknown name. you said they aren't the AAHW or Nexus Core. so who are they? they seem to be some kind of government, as they can be seen in regular streets. so some kind of tyrannical government?
4. Alternate universe?
You said this was a branch of the main timeline, and due to the little knowledge of the original MC ark, you made your own story. however, Sanford, Deimos, 2b, and Hank exist. (since you used an anti-Hank propaganda poster, I assume he exists.) so this could be just another organization like Nexus, except somewhat secluded and doesn't interact with the rest of Nevada. Further proving my statement, the Sun is still dead as it was killed by Hank, and so the Original Ark MUST have happened at some point.
5. Oscar.
Oscar is no normal grunt. he seems to have been gifted similar powers as Hank. (the gods of Madness combat don't allow him to die. and revive him when he does.) As he was about to die to a Soldat, some outside force activated supernatural powers that allowed him to butcher dozens of enemies. Another factor is that his powers come from Purgatory (Watch Madness Combat 11) As after he activated his powers, his blood turned black. Tricky and his minions also bled black. So it would be likely his powers somewhat come from that place.
Anyway, thats all, I LOVED this video and wish to see you complete the next episodes, if you could answer some of my questions, that will help me a lot to better understand your future videos.
Also at 10:50, an enemy glitched in and out of existence, and then was a completely different person, or he just changed armor. what was with that?
I'm actually going to speak as the creator instead of the treegerd character:
1. This is the first episode, later on you'll realize what I mean by parasites. There is a keyword dropped in the story right now and thats all I can say.
2. Yes its a reference to cellification if the music usage wasn't obvious enough, but the infection is different, the gas going around the sewers is what causes the infection. To Automatons it is a paralysis weapon, To the Madness kind, well its an unfortunate chemical reaction.
3. Answered in my FAQ. But the AOR is the ONLY agency in this Nevada, in fact its the all encompassing government.
4. This one is hard to explain without actually showing you what I have planned. Yes its an alternative universe, but a hint of butterfly effect and change of ruler. Yea its hard without showing you why, so please be content with this answer haha. Also the Hank poster was a complete oversight, he was not meant to exist, I think I was placing random poster and completely forgot about this one.
I actually must thank you, I realized this point is why everyone thought he existed when he wasnt supposed to. Again, huge oversight :/
The character I'm playing, Treegerd8 the Prime Observer, he is a recent hire, sp he is ignorant of the madness lore so he doesn't know who Hank is so thats that.
5. I don't understand this question, if your saying he is possessed by tricky, i'll just say: No he isnt.
6. For the 10:50 thing, thats just the Wraith showing its disguise power to make the enemies (In this case, Oscar) think that it is lesser than what they actually are.
I do know some of the madness lore, obvious lore stuff like the AAHW stuff being forgotten is intentional.

This is an alternate universe. The only faction that exists are either the AOR(Agency of Retribution) or the Resistance(Their members have similar equipment to MERCS).
