I love this home so much. It's absolutely incredible. I've seen many home tours of some magnificent homes, but this has to be in the top 5 for me. You have so much indoor & outdoor space without feeling like you're living in a museum & that backyard is sick. I don't know how much use that rooftop deck would get, bc I don't know how many ppl would want to walk up & down those stairs everytime they'd need to use the bathroom. Otherwise tho, I see no faults, it's truly spectacular. If I had $40mil in cash to spend on a new home I'd buy this in a heartbeat

The Amenities Also compliments everything this place has to offer, I even like the walkway Area where you took us to the upper backyard that is Also one of my favorites...Btw the hot tub / shower inside is something I've never seen before, is Also very nice. I don’t hate it, and most of the elements in the design are quite attractive. But all together, the house seems to be way too busy visually. My eyes would be jumping around constantly. It’s just my opinion; I’m sure others will love it.
Not bad, little pricey. I wouldn't mix blue and brown, the house is a little eclectic with patterns. I wouldn't do reclaimed wood, normal wood can be sustainable so that's overcompensation and has a shedish look which is not necessarily what you are aiming for at this price point. But someone might like the funhouse mix. They say millionaires want views and billionaires want compounds. At 35 mil I'd want some views. They bought the old house for 3.15 in 2018 so sizeable markup. Could be priced too high to sell or difficult to get value for a big house in a valley.
I love your tours. I love the backyard but I do not understand many of the finishes inside this home. The reclaimed wood, blue walls, wallpapered cabinetry? It makes the home look cheap. I also do not understand the price on this home at all…no view and no garage space.🤷🏼♀️
The backyard is gorgeous and the amount of space on those upper levels are insane. But is there a pool bathroom? For a backyard that large, with the number of people the owner will likely be entertaining in that huge pool, you probably need two pool bathrooms. And a house that large probably needs at least two live-in staff (i.e. housekeeper and private chef); didn't see any staff quarters for them. And a $35M house without a built-in espresso machine would be a non-starter for me.

It's a HIKE to get to the rooftop deck and there is NO view is at all. For 38 million this is Minimal curb appeal. Sorry not worth the money. I think this is a beginner billionaire home.
