I love it. It so livable in. Warm feeling, not cold and echoey like so many modern boxes. If I had the money I would buy this house.
A- frame home are interesting and this is one of the nicest design of them I have ever encountered and your choices of home Toured never disappoint... it is such a nice contrast every place and every part of the home in general.
2 statement piece that made me draw my attention so much and those two are the big olive tree on the front of the property and that staircase its unique and location makes this home pop, and that stunning backyard with the Exterior look is incredible. I also love, love that guest house. This is a very nice cozy style of home.. cozy and lovely to live in. Always watching your tours Darren, Amazing! ❤💯

Wow...one of the best houses you toured.
My favorite part of this construction has to be the double patio's on the second floor almost coming together in a way too create in its own way a picture looking like a nook.
The point of the features under floating stairs is that they keep you from walking into them and hitting your head. So low clearance areas are marked off. It's standard on all that are built this way to have a feature like that! So im confused as to why you're always so impressed ny them!!@

Im confused. Your vid says this is in Encino, but the listing says Sherman Oaks. I live in Encino and this is west of the 405 and should be listed as Encino not Sherman Oaks. Somewhere, someone got something wrong on this.
15400 block is definitely Sherman Oaks as it literally next to the 405. He’s using “Encino” for the views as it probably reacts better on his channel.

Thanks for the video, great job! OK, the garage doors don’t go with the house…close, but no cigar. Too much traffic noise for this price point. You need window curtains; what’s the plan/assumption? If you are going to put an A-frame pergola over the outdoor table, make it a roof and keep the pizza dry. Guys, come on; you need at least six electrical outlets in the bathroom vanity area. You have hair dryers, electric toothbrushes, curling irons, night lights, electric shavers, etc., etc. I really like the house, but the rooms are too big. You could have put in a library, bigger office, cinema room, etc. this house is a good buy! For the same money you could buy a money pit in Los Feliz, so buy the new one. Thanks, again! 🤘🏻🇺🇸

Like the house just wish it was not in corrupt CA... Cost too much too live there and the govt sucks... let alone working in the industry I work within the location is just not for me... unless I was on some odd dealings like those who are going to court now... LOL
Nice house too bad it's on a large busy street. That guest house looks like a green house. What's the deal with no curtains in the restroom. The in-laws in the guest house can see you in your restroom putting on a show. It looks like they ran out of money and didn't finish the home theater.
I think the layout is terrible, especially the staircase right in the middle of the entrance way. The interiors and finishes look good though, nice and neutral.
Nice home but not worth it. Was 2-3M in 2022 and 2023. Flipping does not need 5-6M for this especially the market is going downside now.
That “belt” light fixture is the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen.
