I thought Wise pays you from their local account in Baht and therefore it won't count as a foreign transaction.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out.
There are ways to use Wise to make this happen. Also, you can open a Thai bank account first and that helps the transfer of funds process as well.
Feel free to email us at info@settleinabroad.com if you have any more questions.

Hi there, thank you for getting in touch and subscribing.
For condo buying it will be in a few payments depending on the sales and purchase agreement you make with the condo owner. The final payment is made on the land transfer date.
Feel free to email us at info@settleinabroad.com if you have any other questions.

Hi there, thank you for getting in touch.
It would very depend on the exact sales and purchase agreement of your condo, but there will be one lump sum you will need to send. Yes, you can use the platform TransferWise!
Feel free to email us at info@settleinabroad.com if you have any additional questions.

Hi Kabiru, thank you for you kind comment.
To answer your question, the LTR visa could be an option in your case, but we will need more information about your circumstances. We offer a Free Consultation Call where we gather all information needed and answer any questions you have. Please schedule your call via the link below.

      Hi Amanda
I have tried the LTR with your service but you advised me to apply by myself after you have asked me a lot of documents through your colleague Maegan which I provided all to you ….then you came back to me and said you could not submit my application…
I really find it little bit weird ( excuse me with the term ) and chocked
So now you are suggesting again LTR visa -are you going to make it for me this time around ??

      @@kabirulalo908 Hi Kabiru,
I have just consulted with Maegan regarding your previous case.
It seems we were unable to apply for the Work From Thailand Professional on your behalf because the LTR department wouldn't accept an employee from an NGO organization. I understand you say you don't work for an NGO however we are unable to change the LTR's department decision on this matter.
Did you try and apply on your own as Maegan advised you?
In regards to the LTR category I was referring you could apply for, The Wealthy Global Citizen, this visa has different requirements than the previous LTR visa you were interested in.
The Wealthy Global citizen LTR requires you to: make over $80K/year, have $1 million USD in assets, which $500,000 USD must be in Thai property or Thai investments and health insurance covering $50,000 USD.
However, the Elite visa offers a 5 year visa if you purchase a condo worth 10 million Baht or more. The visa itself then costs 500,000 THB for 5 years. You would have to provide a background check but other than that and the high fees the visa is easy to obtain.
If you're interested in purchasing a condo for 10 million Baht or more please let us know so we can assist you with this service.

Are we able to buy more than one condo at a time? Ex: Main one in Bangkok, and a second one in Hoa Hin or near Pattaya?

    • @SettleinAbroad
