My 2017 macbook died, because 2017 macbook; and I started college in 3 days so I needed a computer FAST. So i bought a Steam Deck cuz they were on sale for 230 dollars for the 64 gb model. So I use a Steam Deck as my school computer.
the window setup is basicly an ad for linux
Now hear me out. My niece has one of these and I went through with Revo Uninstaller and Windows Debloating script and it plays way better now. She plays Roblox on it.
jiga what mic are you using?
Microsoft's shenanigans is the reason i switched to linux
Setting up windows 11 takes so fucking long they literally added mini games to the first time start up
4:52 No worries, i clicked it for ya!
My god the Bloatware on that.
main issue is probably RAM, Windows already chews up like 2GB, so that's half gone already
imagine your computer lagging from a DREAMCAST GAME
alt title: crapping on windows 11 for 14:55 seconds
It has the same exact specs and price of my sons Samsung Chromebook from 2years ago for school but at least the Samsung has an "alloy" body, lol
Forget 4GB of ram, 64GB WASN'T ENOUGH ON PHONES LET ALONE A WHOLE LAPTOP
1:32 buttery smooooth 😋
I had this exact same laptop but only white, it aged so poorly it couldnt run windows 10 anymore so it was better off with linux. Nowadays I use it to learn how to use linux.
Nah I thought that was my school computer lol (my school computer is a chromebook)
i can see that from the quality of the plastic is on level of a mcdonalds plastic cup
I had a crappy hp laptop with pretty much the same internals, the thing literally fried itself because the cooling sucked so hard
My school district recently bought the older windows 10 version of these for all of the students 😭
I’ll bring my own ThinkPad to school instead
"Register with Hewlett Packard (optional)"
Yes, your options are do it, or turn the laptop off and not do it. Don't you love the modern age?
edit: Oh right, I forgot, I can't type abbreviations for whatever reason.
install Linux on it, it will run faster, I promise.
Not really, there would be a slight performance difference (without microsoft bloat running in the background ofc)
Unless you install the lightweight linux there, it would improve so much but i dont think its worth it since emmc could die much more faster than hdd
Linux sucks
@@pawxed yeah, I agree.
mine is like yours but not black. hp + the windows 11 setup. im using this even RIGHT NOW.
4:59 the ad 💀
The installation is a big pain
