Love your videos will!! Keep up the good work. The only downer is seeing that you’ve not gone over 7k subscribers-I honestly can’t fathom why as your one of my favourite farmers to watch!!
Unlike the US, in the UL there certainly IS a good market for cull adults. Mutton has a different flavor than lamb, and there are lots of excellent recipes for mutton where substituting lamb just doesn’t work as well.
Great video Will but-how can a lleyn be pedigree when its a cross texel x welsh mountain . Ok I understand that the cross has been bred for years, could you tell me how many years the cross takes to become a pedigree?
The lleyn is a 70 year old breed 👍 you can’t cross now and call it a lleyn. Although it definitely wasn’t a texel x as the texel hadn’t been imported then 👍
Love your videos Will, its so lovely to see how youve got such care and respect for the sheep. It's all so calm when your sorting the sheep out.
You sure have a beautiful flock of sheep.
Thank you so much
Nice to see you thanking Sophie 👍
Will, after the previous episode, this is welcome to see.
Great looking sheep. Cheers to you, Sophie and her Mom 😊👍👍
🙏💜. Thank you so much Will. Awesome content.
Excellent video Will! Much appreciated!
Great video. Lots of planning is going in to sort the breeding groups. Always interesting to see how the lambs turn out.🙂🐑🐏💜
A good day. Thanks for the well done video.

Good video all your ewes look great the rappa is a brilliant job have you increased your number of ewes this year take care 👍
I am curious: those "adult" cull ewes - are they (still good) for human consumption, or are they ... well, dog food?

So yes it really depends on quality. Some are for human others not
