After experiencing several narcs and their smear campaigns, I finally had enough.
    1) I try not to seek validation from people...they have to work and prove to me that they belong in my life.
    2) I try not to people please and respect my needs and interests too.
    3) If someone is consistently giving me bad vibes or energy, I try to avoid or distance myself from them (both physically and mentally).
    4) I refuse to let anyone guilt trip or shame me just because they are a narc or flying monkey.
I work on this every day...and it feels better when you get back some power and control.

My mother convinced me I was defective and "the problem" and that I "wasn't a bad person" but that I had "bad behaviour". But we were never able to discuss HER behaviour.
Everything was MY fault, and I was responsible for everything I did, she did, anyone else, did and everyone else did.
If I was abused, it was my fault and I was the ONLY one responsible.
If she abused me, it was my fault and I was the ONLY one responsible.
If someone else abused me, it was my fault and I was the ONLY one responsible.
It was my fault anything I did. It was my fault anything she did. It was my fault anything anyone else did.
It was my fault she would break something.
It was my fault the person down the street broke something....
It was my fault the Berlin wall fell.
It was my fault the Hindenburg exploded.
It was my fault the Roman Empire fell.

I am so surprised discovering the narcissism in various people around me and in different degree. I can recognize now even the slight sign when someone's intention is to have narcissistic supply.
There were many people in my life who made me feel uneasy, sad or anxious every time, but I didn't know why exactly.
Now I gave a name to every behavior and I am at least aware what they wanted from me, who I was always gentle, helpful, positive and compassionate. There was a person who called me "negative", that I destroy everything I touch, that I exaggerate with my conclusions and my expressions, that I am angry without reason and this is crazy.
Narcissism hurts you to the core when you are the opposite of these accusations, because it hits you slowly with a subtle and sneaky way in the center of your existence.
All the water of the Nile is not enough to clean your pain from a narcissist.
And the most dangerous lies is what you said, Danish. Indeed! But there is hope, I believe. Because nothing is unmovable, except the narcissist's mind!
🌤🌈Thanks for the awareness you bring to the table, Danish ❤🌞

My mother was full of secrets. She told me from the time that I was young “Don’t tell anyone “ over every single little thing that happened in the home especially about her. She didn’t want anyone to believe that she wasn’t perfect. She wanted/wants me to believe that I am helpless and that I need her. My mother depended on me for a lot of things that I am no longer giving or doing for her and she is far from happy about it. She pretty much always has a nasty look on her face. I can’t stand to look at her or speak to her now. I avoid her as much as possible now. Talking to or looking at her seems to ruin my day.

he was a CON most of all. and profited financially from me.
yet as I was realizing the predator he was I protected my remaining assets as I could.
it was an expensive education.... for me.

My mother didn't have another person as another option. She had no friends. Her aim was I,
her own daughter and scapegoat. 😢😢😢
😮 Her comparison approach was a trick to make me feel miserable, small and guilty! That's all! 😢
And as a child you don't see through it and unfortunately you actually feel really that way!!! 😢😢😢😮

It's amazing how delusional they are. If u don't hv a video or witnesses to it, u can forget arguing the truth to them

The narcissistic parents will always treat other children better & show love to them and not their own. Realize this is becuz they only have to be around them for a brief time; it's just a show. Those other children will say, "they are so sweet & lovable" but u know the real truth. Don't bother explaining it; they won't believe u. Hv peace in knowing, they can't change what is true; they can only lie about it. You will always be compared to others & will not ever be enough. Love urself now that you know their wickedness

Good luck, mine was a fish then finally fatty liver disease kicked in, no really, 🍸🐟, mom from Scotland, dad from Poland and both drinkers,.my family too so not much of a red flag, guy even had his own business of brewing at your own home, even made whiskey, not me but 15/day and bars and such, good luck, he's smartened up, thought he would prior, no pill for stupid, he'd even sleep walk, very immature! I'm a bit of a health conscience square, your health is your wealth! I never went back to work, no way leaving him with kids, all ok now and thank goodness, no wonder he was so available!

You want to know what's messed up I've only ever been with a narcissist but I never stick with the same one but I have a sign on my head that says hey if you're a fucking narcissist I'm over here they literally destroy my heart they break me down financially but I always get back up always and I'm in that situation again at 39 years old thank God I've never been stupid enough to have a child with one that being said if they can't if I'm too much they can go find less and that's what I tell them every fucking time
