I own an E1 (for its simplicity) and an E7 (for features). I like the form factor, and the camera-type buttons. Like you, I value the AAA back-up. And because of the LiFePo chemistry, it's safe for air-travel too. They are nice "tech" lights and real conversation starters.
Nice! I like that i might have to oick one up now! Im a sucker for a good flashlight i edc a little stream light currently. As always thank you for your videos Cutlerlover I've been enjoying them for many many years.
It is a cool flash light, but $50 buck's is pushing it. I do have a nice and bright head lamp for night fishing that is rechargeable that last with a charge for a few hour's. That little light would be cool for a bike head lamp for riding at night.
This would be even better if instead of a lithium and a aaa it used two 10440s, recharge as normal and they both recharge but if you ever run out you can still buy AAA and use the light.
I really liked the E7, but somewhere between pocket or clipped on belt, the case cracked. It works fine and it's a hairline crack that may not even leak, but made me rotate it out. Currently carrying the Boruit V15 that's a bit bigger and brighter, and has a much more robust 2-way clip, and costs less.
I love rovy lites. I think they are cool and useful. And yes, I also have several models. I have one problem I have? How long do they take to fully charge ? I've had two different models charging for 4 hours, and the charging led stays blue ?

It would be better to use a lithium AAA for this light so you never have to worry about the alkaline corroding.
Best to avoid alkaleaks altogether especially In expensive electronics.
Avoid Duracell,they leak like a bugger.I now use Eneloop/pro
to my understanding that is only possible when you have more than one battery cell. These lights have one cell per circuit.

I have the angel eyes E3 . It's my most used flashlight for walking my dogs at night due to its size.. love that it has dual battery feature
Love my aurora a3. Got tired of messing around with batteries so rechargeable is nice.

I usually carry light down, but this looks like a good hat light. Would probably carry this light up
I love Rovyvon. Right now, I'm using an Olight Baton 3 premium edition.

I carried one of these for a while but the lock feature kept turning off in my pocket and would start to get hot lol

Can it handle 10440s?
I want a simple flashlight not a NASA project.

$300 for a light I will inevitably lose...😅😅😅😅
