I love these workouts so much! I am a beginner and your videos make me to wake up early every morning to do your exercises! My core is not strong enough for the V Snap yet, but I will keep working at it. If you can do more core exercises with the Pilates bar that would be so great.

Whew this workout was intense. I didn’t realize my core had gotten so weak. I love how you combine the workouts. It really shows me where I’m lacking & it targets all the right places. Thank you for this!

You can also try double or triple folding your mat to help the ankle of the wrists to sit higher than fingers. Or try holding onto hex dumbbells. But sounds like you have it all sorted 😃

Great short full body bar workout Jacinta thank you. I definitely enjoyed abs section and the teaser lived up to it's name. I managed to make up a "bar" with 2 resistance bands one actually has loops for feet/hands so it worked OK. Definitely going to search out a bar if you're thinking of doing more of these workouts. Do you have any recommendations? 🤔 😊
I love how you and Jennifer have got really creative and innovative. I will post Pilates bar workouts from time to time but likely not a huge amount as I want to make sure workouts have variety and are accessible to many people

I had to switch it up i dont know what it is but for the life of me i cannot roll up from a laying position. Also i have carpal tunnel from work so i did the planks without the bar but i still love it
Does anyone else find that planking on the bar is extremely uncomfortable on the wrists? I tried just placing the bar in front of my wrists, but then it rolls up my arm as I pull my leg back. Ugh.

I love the workouts! My favorite moves today were the plank with leg lift and the half-rainbow. I really felt those ones!
